A wonderfully clean and spacious unit located right in the heart of downtown Austin. The unit was walking distance to just about everything we wanted to do in Austin, and it was so great to come home to an actual condo as opposed to a hotel room at the end of the day. Coded gates enhance security. Appliances are all new with a gourmet style kitchen. The memory foam beds and bedding were very comfortable, clean, and central air-conditioning and fans enhanced the comfort as well. A great unit for a family vacation or, in our case, a bunch of old friends attending an Austin wedding.

  • Two Queen Size Beds, Two Full Size Beds, a Full Size Leather Futon and a leather couch make this unit ideal for groups of two all the way up to nine guests. Master Bedroom has 2 large windows that let in lots of light. Comfortable Queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom and large closet. Second Bedroom has large window with view south, looking towards the Four Seasons. 1/2 Bath with door access to shower room. Comfortable Queen size bed and large closet. Third Bedroom is located in the upstairs loft and features two double beds, large circular window overlooking San Jacinto and 4th Street. The third bedroom is extremely spacious and raised ceilings. Loft area also has a work desk, tv with cable and hangers for clothing.

Great Upgraded Downtown Condo

Cool Upstairs loft condo, perfectly located in central downtown Austin. Complex dates from the late 80's so not as swanky as the more modern high-rise units but this unit is completely upgraded with all stainless appliances and granite counters etc.. 2 spacious bedrooms plus a big loft that sleeps 2-3. Its a 3rd floor walk-up with security gates for pedestrians and cars keeping everything cool and safe. We found the area actually pretty quiet noise wise. The convention center is literally across the street . Best place we've stayed in Austin in the 5 yrs we've been coming for F1

Where do you live?

Very nice condo

Condo was nice and in a good location downtown. However, considering the fact that this is a 3 bedroom condo which sleeps 8 people, it really could not accomdate that many people “comfortably”. The family room furniture was incredibly uncomfortable. The two couches could potentially hold 3 people each if sitting upright, and the two hard surface chairs could hold 2 people. Overall not at all comfy for morning or evening chat time with friends. Kitchen barstools with no backs and room only for 4 is a big negative. For a small group of 4 the condo would be OK. Jared was pleasant enough and did grant us a late checkout which was nice! Comfy beds, nice coffee mugs and glass wear. No view to speak of off the small balcony, and somewhat noisy from street activity at night.

Beautiful loft located within walking distance of Austin's hot spots!

We had a great weekend staying in this loft. Spacious and open with a nice kitchen and bathroom. We really enjoyed using the complex pool. The location couldn't be better. We only had to get in a car to come to and from the airport. You can walk to bars and restaurants on 6th street easily. The owner was very helpful and super responsive. We had trouble connecting to the wifi the first day and he responded immediately and took care of it. Really enjoyed staying here!
