A wonderfully clean and spacious unit located right in the heart of downtown Austin. The unit was walking distance to just about everything we wanted to do in Austin, and it was so great to come home to an actual condo as opposed to a hotel room at the end of the day. Coded gates enhance security. Appliances are all new with a gourmet style kitchen. The memory foam beds and bedding were very comfortable, clean, and central air-conditioning and fans enhanced the comfort as well. A great unit for a family vacation or, in our case, a bunch of old friends attending an Austin wedding.

Good location!

The location of this property is great...walking distance to most everything downtown. The unit itself is nice...it needs some minor maintenance...We did have an issue with the parking. There is a specific parking spot connected with the apartment...we couldn't park in it because someone else was illegally parked there...we had to pay to park in a ramp a few blocks away the first day and evening. The owner was out of town and expected us to coordinate with the towing company...it was frustrating and the owner indicated it had happened in the past yet he had nothing in place to take care of the situation. He did finally get the car towed after we texted back and forth for over a day. Other than that incident, the stay was good....I would've given it 4 stars had that not happened.

Great condo, even better location!

Jared's condo was the perfect place to host a bachelorette party. House was immaculately clean and is extremely well decorated. Can't beat the location, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in the city. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, perfect size

This condo was centrally located, just a short walk to 6th Street. It was the perfect size for a group of 5, and none of us were sharing beds. Very clean and nice interior as well.

Lovely modern home conveniently located

Beautiful, modern condo located on 3rd floor (stairs). Easy access to nightlife downtown, Rainey Street. South Congress Ave and Campus were also walkable if you are the kind of person who likes walking. Also very convenient to bus lines, and easy to walk to nearby hotels for help hailing a cab (Uber RIP).

Lovely decor that fit the character of the space and the city. The beds were all comfortable. We had 5 people and everyone had their own bed. 2 are in their own bedrooms and 3 are in a lofted space (one of those 3 was a day bed) but even that was lovely. Modified Jack and Jill style bathroom was convenient for a group. Building pool was on the small side, but with lousy weather we didn't use it anyway. Building felt safe and secure and access was simple.

Recommend houndstooth coffee, Royal Blue grocery for all of the around the condo essentials. Dinner at nearby Swift's attic also top notch.

Downtown Condo

Highly recommend staying here! Amazing location, super hip/modern condo. 6th street is just blocks away, and definitely close enough to walk to Rainey St too. About a 10-15 minute drive from Lake Austin...basically right where you would want to be to experience a little bit of everything. Jared was awesome to work with as well. Good at communicating and everything he said about the condo was true. Even better then I had imagined! Definitely would stay here again :)
