The Savannah is located in the heart of town and offers a choice living space in Unit 2C. This property has a spacious 545 sq ft Deck with an expansive GULF VIEW. The space was built with only the finest of materials such as Viking appliances, hardwood floors, granite counters tops, slate tiles, Kohler plumbing fixtures and mahogany doors.

The private ocean view veranda is by far one of the best balconies in Rosemary. It is huge with fabulous outdoor living space all for you.

Both bedroom suites offer King size beds and both bedrooms have private bathrooms. Very comfortable beds with TVs in every room.

Enjoy the lifestyle that only Rosemary Beach can offer you, your friends and family. Centrally located to the best dining, unique boutique shopping, bike paths and some of the most challenging golf courses the gulf coast has to offer.

This property is in the heartbeat of the Rosemary Beach Main Street where you have fabulous restaurants such as Paradis, Onano, Le Crema, and others all within a 15 second walk from the Savannah Building.

The famous SUGAR SHACK is on the first floor of the Savannah which is the kids hangout spot. Ice Cream and Candy is abundant at the Sugar Shack.

The Savannah is on the south side of 30-A so there are no roads to cross to get to the beaches and pool. There isn't a 2BR 2BR property anywhere in Rosemary that is this close to the beach. Walk to the beach in 1 minute!

Private and dedicated parking spot for our guests. Our dedicated parking spot is right at the door of the Savannah building.

The tennis and fitness center is open to the our guests. Daily and weekly memberships available.

Easy access to Hwy 98, allowing you to explore the nearby cities of Destin or Panama City Beach, as well as, the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport now open.

Important Things to know:

1) We do not offer Travel Protection Insurance in our quotes. You may obtain one independently.

2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX only.

3) 2 bikes are included in the rental. To utilize, waiver must be signed and received before code provided. Please contact Saxon Smith with Bikes4U at 850.399.1230 with any bike questions.

4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.

Perfect location, comfortable and open apartment

The location in Rosemary is about as good as it gets. I kept coming back to this unit because of the large balcony. What a great decision, because we so enjoyed that additional outdoor living space! The beautiful beach is steps away, and dining and shopping is just below. Unit had lovely decor, comfy beds and ample supplies for our 5 day stay. Dylan was pleasant and responsive, the entire trip was a huge success. I am already looking into other properties offered by 30A Escapes for Spring Break!

Perfect Location, Huge Patio, Ocean View!

Stayed here this week with our two children. The pictures of the amazing furnished patio do not do it justice...it is the largest I've seen in Rosemary. The beach is only about a block away-it is the ideal location. Beautiful Viking kitchen appliances, king beds were really comfortable and the Sugar Shack downstairs was a big hit. Bikes included saves over $100 for the week. Would definitely rent this condo again-great trip!

Wonderful balcony!!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the layout of the place. King size beds in both rooms that are on opposite sides with a common area in the middle. State of the art kitchen with Viking appliances was very nice. The best part was the enormous balcony--largest one south of 30A. Very relaxing and wonderful seating.

Loved our stay in Rosemary ! This was the perfect condo to rent . Beautifully decorated and the outdoor living is the best. In the heart of Rosemary it was so nice to step outside and walk to the square or walk to the beach. Planning our return! The bikes that came with the condo rental were so awesome.

Such a wonderful place!

We recently stayed 5 nights at the Savannah and recommend it to anyone! We had little ones with us, so it was perfect to have the Sugar Shack down stairs, a huge balcony for them to run around on and when nap time came, we took advantage of the sun drenched porch with amazing views of the ocean. A great spot with beautiful views and all the amenities near by!

2 King beds make it perfect for two couples

We will definitely see if this unit is available when we go to Rosemary Beach again (and I hope it will be soon!). We were attending a destination wedding that took place at the Town Hall. Can't get any closer to the Town Hall than this. And just a few steps from The Pearl where many other guests were staying. The two bicycles that come with the unit magically appeared out front and helped us make the most of a 65 degree sunny day in December before heading back to the cold where we live.
