This luxurious townhouse was completely remodeled in 2012, and you’ll be one of the first guests to experience its brand-new upgrades. We spared no expense when outfitting the interior, and every detail was considered—from the bamboo flooring, to the designer staircase, to the frame less glass shower.
If you’re someone who delights in the little things, you’ll love this townhouse. With its clean lines and chic decor, it truly feels more like a high-end hotel than a vacation rental. Dramatic red accents on the first floor will energize you for the day ahead, while subdued grays, greens and whites create a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere upstairs.
This townhouse boasts three sumptuous bedrooms, including two master bedrooms with queen-size beds and a third bedroom with a double bed and a twin folding mattress. There's a twin bed in the loft space and another folding twin mattress than can be placed in the living area. The upstairs master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom that features his and hers sinks, a walk-in Italian shower and a separate toilet. The downstairs master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. There’s another half bathroom near the downstairs guest bedroom with a door to the master bathtub and shower.
Other amenities include a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and rich wood cabinets, free high-speed WiFi, a large water heater (to accommodate multiple showers), a covered patio, a Samsung 55" TV, plush leather couches, central air conditioning with Nest thermostat, a modern LG front-load washer and dryer, pool access and complimentary parking for one car.

We’re just one block from the Austin Convention Center, two blocks from the Warehouse District and Sixth Street, and within walking distance of 100-plus restaurants and bars. At the same time, we’re located on a quiet side street, so once you walk into the townhouse, you’ll feel a world away from the noise and crowds of the city.

I love this place. It's where I live. You can't beat the location and everything is in fantastic shape - I spent 5 years remodeling it and nothing was left untouched.
I never drive on the weekends - there is so much to do around here.

We stayed at this residence during a week-long convention in Austin. The location is perfect - right next to everything you need - its all in walking distance! Chad is amazing - he met us at our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed - even had the refrigerator stocked with necessities AND was generous with several options for thirsty evenings! This place is immaculate and has everything you need for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The weekend is a busy time in the area as the bar scene 2 blocks from the condo picks up pretty intensely for Friday and Saturday... UT Austin is north of this place and is a happening area! On Friday we noticed an increase in the noise level next door and Chad immediately contacted the owner of the neighboring residence to handle the situation - it was instantaneously and effortlessly taken care of. Chad was responsive to any questions or needs we had at all interactions from our initial reservation to our end of visit. It was a perfect stay and we would highly recommend this residence to anyone staying in the area. The value you receive is very well worth it... you will definitely get what you pay for and then some...
We also highly recommend the Bat and Ghost Segway tour at the beginning of your stay... they have all the ins and outs of the area and you can get the scoop on places that make Austin a weird and fun city! Also dont miss taking an evening adventure at the Escape Room! We did this with our convention buddies and it was a BLAST!
My company GigTown stayed here during SXSW. We were out marketing our mobile app, which allows you to listen to local musicians and see where they are playing tonight! It's the perfect way to find shows to go out to in Austin that you will love.
We had a group of 8 but two stayed in the Courtyard Marriott next door. It was a great SXSW Headquarters for us. It slept everyone comfortably and is just a short walk to the center of the SXSW madness. Easy to find and to get into the condo. Chad was easily accessible and friendly via text :)
This property is was PERFECT for our annual "Pick a City" guys weekend. Plenty of space, with a great layout for the four of us. The place was spotless when we arrived, and Chad (owner) met us to walk us through the property. Perfect kitchen with all you need to cook meals. Keurig coffee set up made mornings a breeze. And the location is great --- easy walk to Warehouse District and restaurants and bars. Rainey Street is a 15-minute walk. Would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone wanting to be in the heart of Austin and still have space to hang out with friends/family.
This place is fantastic, very nice inside, and well appointed. I did feel at home. Any closer would be inside the convention center. Close to everything you need. Well worth it. If you're just visiting town, or here for a convention, it's nice to have hideaway that lacks the hotel chaos, etc. Made a trip to Trader Joes (211 Walter Seaholm Dr #100, Austin, TX 78701) and that made a huge difference. Chad was extremely easy work with and very attentive. I highly recommend this place.

Our family of 5 has stayed in numerous vacation home rentals throughout Europe and North America and this one ranks amongst the best.
Our host, Chad, was super-responsive/attentive - Chad was excellent at anticipating our needs. Condo was stocked with necessities upon our arrival ... even cold water, beer and wine. Chad always responded to any of our questions on a very timely basis.
Condo is very well located in the heart of downtown Austin, close to everything .... many things within easy walking distance. Very safe neighborhood and secure building. We felt completely at ease, day or night.
I sometimes hear people say "don't spend the extra money a vacation accommodations because you only sleep there". Our experience has been the complete opposite. Nothing completes your vacation experience like having a nice place to come home to at the end of the day. This place is well worth the extra money!
