This 3 bedroom cottage is just a 2 minute walk by path or road to Saint’s Landing Beach in Brewster, known for its flats and beautiful sunsets. Nearby, is the famous Brewster store, the Natural History Museum, the Brewster Ladies Library, Captain’s Golf Course, and a number of restaurants and bars (ranging from take-out to fine dining).
The cottage has a nice screened in porch, an outdoor shower, and a spacious backyard. The cottage can comfortably sleep 7. There are 3 twin beds in the back bedroom, 2 twin beds in the front, and a queen in the master.
One of several access points to the flats of Cape Cod Bay in Brewster. At low tide, you never know what you will find - shells, sea glass, snails, clams, horseshoe crabs, and hermit crabs. Also, great for surf casting.
Cape Cod Museum of Natural History is a must see for the whole family. Wonderful exhibits and walking trails. Aquarium features local marine and freshwater life. One of the favorite aquarium attractions is the open top tank containing creatures found on Brewster flats. Knowledgeable museum staff to assist with questions and guide you on the wonderful Mudflat Mania tour.

Lemon Tree Village Shops is a mile from the cottage. Described as a 'unique representation of artists from all over the United States, Europe, the Far East, and of course local artists.' Beautiful pottery, flower gardens, water fountains, cafe, kitchen, jewelry, and dress shops. An enjoyable experience.
