The condo is clean and fairly well maintained. The location is very convenient. I would rent it again, but I wouldn't put two adults in the hide a bed. The two who slept in it said they both rolled to the center of the bed and were not very comfortable. They need to replace the bathroom fan, fix the sticky bathroom door, do something about the shower curtain rod (it was almost impossible to avoid flooding the floor when showering) and provide a broom and dust pan for the inevitable sand. These are small complaints, and overall we had a great stay!

I accidentally left my gooseneck magnifying mirror behind when I checked out. When I contacted management about it I was told the cleaning lady threw it away. WTF???? It was in perfect condition. Who does that without even checking to see if someone claimed it?

We have stayed in this rental for 3 or 4 years straight now. We were very sorry to hear it was rented out next year and we have to move elsewhere. It's like home to us when we are away from home. We know where everything is in the condo and how to use it. May the next people enjoy it, too.

Our family rented 3 different units. I was in this one. Every time I sat on the floor in the living room I would break out in hives. I am highly allergic to house dust. After sweeping the floors and finding wads of hair and dust balls under the couch I realized why I broke out. The cabinets in the kitchen were dingy around the handles, the utensils were rusted, the beds were hard as the floor. The screen door to the patio fell off the runner every time we opened it. My daughter dropped a whisk behind the stove. So we pulled it out to fetch it and the grease build up down the side of the oven made it difficult to even get to the whisk. This place shows really nice in the picture, but desperately needs some TLC....

Thank you for asking for my input regarding my stay in Nov. Everything was really great. The condo was especially clean and i appreciated all the supplies the owner provided, esp. enough toilet paper to last for the whole 2 wks! It was nice to have salt & pepper, napkins, paper towels, etc. There were lots of clean towels and cleaning supplies. I think that the person who cleans this unit should be complimented and I hope the owner knows how important the cleanliness was to me. Great job to whomever takes care of this unit! The only slight complaint I have is that the sliding door from the living room to the lanai was locked and I could not open it. I like to get fresh air, esp. when I'm cooking, so that was unfortunate. Otherwise I have no complaints and would like to thank the owner, the cleaning person and Garden Island Properties for providing such a nice unit and helping to make my stay a wonderful experience.
