This wonderful vacation rental condo in the heart of downtown overlooks the ivy clad Washington State Convention Center from its perch on the 13th floor of a mid-century high-rise building. Guests are within easy walking distance of the city’s best sights, shops, entertainment, and restaurants including the downtown Seattle shopping district, Pike Place Market, Seattle's Waterfront, and the eclectic Capitol Hill neighborhood. The Space Needle and Seattle Center are 1.3 miles to the North and the Stadium district an equal distance to the south; each a short bus, cab, or monorail ride away.

This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.

You enter into a spacious and beautifully decorated living room, complete with brand new furnishing and modern amenities. White leather seating and a large window framing the sparkling lights of downtown Seattle. The decor has a great modern vibe! The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up a quick meal. All linens and towels are included. Laundry facilities are available for guests in the building as well as a roof top deck with city views of Lake Union, downtown Seattle, and Capitol Hill.

The spacious master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. A fold down European-style couch back in the living room offers a full sized sleeping surface for a fifth guest. Stunning views of downtown with its skyscrapers, and a peek-a-boo view of Elliott Bay are available from every window in this modern and comfortable condo.

An iPod friendly stereo, 60” LED Smart TV with HD cable programming, Netflix/Vudu/Amazon streaming streaming, as well as DVD & Blu-ray player in the living room are provided for your entertainment. In each bedroom there are also 40 inch LCD HDTVs. Complimentary high speed wireless internet is available throughout the condo as well as CAT5 connectivity. A PC with Media Center and 24” LCD is provided so there is no need for you to lug a laptop around.

With an almost perfect walk score of 98 the location simply can’t be beat. Situated in the ideal downtown Seattle location, it is just steps to Pacific Place & Westlake shopping centers, live theater, movie theaters, the monorail, and many restaurants. The building is just a few blocks from Swedish Hospital. Add in easy access to & from I-5 as well as the airport light rail line and needless to say, the location is prime!

Unlike most other vacation rentals in the area, we do not charge for parking. There is one parking spot per unit in our building and the garage is located in the basement of the building.

Please be aware that this condo does not have air conditioning. We do provide fans for your comfort. Also, be aware that this is an urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty concrete construction.

My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.

Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 30 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.

Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.

Excellent location

The location of this condo is awesome. So close to the market, restaurants, shopping and the football stadium. You can walk all over the place. No need for taxis or uber.

The condo is exactly what you see on the photos.

I would go back to this condo for sure.

Great location!

Great location to everything- walkable to downtown restaurants, coffee shops, MOD pizza and Pikes Place Market. The condo was perfect. Beds were super comfy, plenty of blankets and towels. Nice to have off street parking. Staff was very friendly. Had a blast in Seattle!

A nice place to stay for a few days

The place was well located - easy walking distance to a number of downtown attractions. Very close to Starbucks Roasting Library - which was a fantastic place to stop for breakfast in the morning.

Traffic noise was loud, which is understandable given its location. A few minor missing items made the stay less than perfect.

This condo IS perfectly placed; right behind the convention center on Pike, so walkable to all of downtown, and easy access to the Space Needle, MOPOP, Key Arena and the rest of the Seattle Center. For future guests, we are just a phone call away. If you notice a deficiency, please call us so we can fix it! We are available 24 hours a day for emergency-type situations, but even if you just notice that you need a couple of extra towels, or are missing a coffee mug, we answer the phones from 8am-8pm and work very hard to ensure you have a good experience in our vacation home.

Downtown Apartment

Clean apartment but has it's problems: 1)No a/c but they did provide us with multiple fans, 2) no fan in bathroom (made it real interesting with 4 people staying there), 3) parking space was SMALL (I drive a Jeep Wrangler and it was very hard to park it in there between the 2 other car spaces that were filled) and 4) the building's fire alarm went off while we were on the rooftop, didn't know it was our building until we went back in (kinda scary). The good: 1)the beds were majorly comfortable, 2) straight down Pike Street to Pike Market and 3) sitting on the rooftop looking out over the city.

Good location and nice accommodation

The house was great for a weekend away in Seattle. The location was good - close to downtown and an easy Uber ride otherwise. It is very secure with key fob entrance to the building.

The rooms are typical city sized rooms - small but comfortable. Of the 5 of us, we had 2 larger men and we all fit comfortably (one couple in the master bed, one couple on each of the twin beds, and one woman on the pull out couch in the living room). There is a portable air conditioning unit that was not on before we arrived which was at the tail end of a major heatwave. We went downtown while the unit cooled a bit and they had 4 portable fans and 2 ceiling fans in the rooms which helped to circulate the air. We were very grateful for them!

The property was very clean. There were a few issues in the bathroom but certainly nothing that effected our stay. We notified the company and they were on it.

We were in town for a wedding, but it was also Seafarer weekend so hotels were outrageously expensive. It was pretty fun to see the jets flying over the city and there were plenty of other activities. We walked around downtown a lot (eat at Din Tai Fung! you won't regret it), visited the Public Market, saw the Space Needle ($30 per person!) but went to the Pop Museum instead. We heard the glass museum is worth a visit too.

All in all it was a great trip and we were grateful for our proximity to downtown to either walk or Uber easily!

Great location with everything we needed!

My family of four (two teenage boys, husband and myself) stayed in the 2 Bedroom Sparkling City Oasis for three nights while visiting Seattle as part of our epic family vacation to the Pacific Northwest. The location was great -- about one mile from the waterfront and there were plenty of restaurants nearby that we were able to walk to. Every morning, we took a short walk to a super cool Starbucks Reserve Coffee Bar for breakfast/coffee. There were also two convenience stores very close where we could purchase wine, water, snacks, etc.

The condo had plenty of room for all of us. We were able to spread out and relax after a long day exploring the city. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was also fairly quiet considering we were in the middle of the city. We had access to the parking garage for our rental car ... but, the spaces were tight and an SUV barely fit.

The best part was the awesome view at night with all the city lights. On our last night we found our way to the rooftop terrace which had an absolute amazing view of the city!
