Why Dana chose Maui

Why did we buy here? Let me answer that question with some questions of my own:

Wanna dip your toes in the ocean? Then walk off the patio about 20 paces and you are in the Pacific.

Wanna surf without having to load the board in the car and drive? Then walk 20 paces out to the beach and turn left or turn right.

Wanna enjoy some food and beverages? Then walk or ride a bike into Lahaina town.

These are all the reasons we bought here.

High rises are not our thing. In fact we prefer the single level town house arrangement to being held captive on a balcony. Being off the beach is OK but we like hearing the ocean.

The Big Island is about driving and driving. Oahu is about density. Kauai is a little too quiet. Lanai is dead. Maui is just right.

What makes this townhome unique

We specialize in 30+ day leases for most times of year. Our unit is a premium unit especially set up for long stays. Stuff like HD TV with DVR recorder for you favorite shows. Its got a small office with a scanner/fax/printer for use with your computer. It has secure WIFI. Lockable guest storage for your luggage and valuables.

The place has been renovated top to bottom; every room. It features a wonderful kitchen, large lanai (patio) and a huge balcony.

We manage the unit directly. We do a pre-travel phone call to go over things with EACH AND EVERY new customer. Then we check back after your arrival to make sure everything is in order. Because we employ contract services and a local care taker, our rates are usually much better than the competition.

Our second stay and it's even BETTER this time! Can't wait to come back

This home sets a new standard and is just perfect. Puamana is a throw back to the way Maui was before the big cookie cutter condos and hotels. The grounds are expansive, with big areas of lawn, flowering tropical trees and tall. elegant palms that frame the stunning views. The ocean pool is a special treat, as it's build out over the ocean and is deep and very clean. There's two other pools, tennis courts and a gracious clubhouse.

The home is very well down with tile floors, all nicely updated throughout. We are big foodies and the kitchen is a delight, with granite counters, lots of cabinet space, a breakfast bar and everything you need! Plenty of stemware, glasses, pots, pans and a nice selection of dishes to serve up a feast.

The living room has a big screen TV and big comfy sectional, but we spend all our time on the lanai. There's a nice patio table with 6 chairs, two chaise lounges and a gas BBQ - we ate all our meals here and enjoy the panoramic ocean views and sunsets. There's a second lanai upstairs off the master bedroom which is even has better views!

All the bedrooms are nicely set up with comfortable beds and nice linens. Baths are all updated with granite counters, with soap and shampoo provided. The master has great views and being upstairs, we could leave the windows open all night and sleep to the sound of the waves every night. I don't think I've ever slept so well.

Add it all up, this home is a stand out! We can not wait to return! Thank you Dana for another great stay!

Best vacation ever in your beautiful home...

Hi Dana - Thank u for the refund. We really, really enjoyed our family vacation at your beautiful townhome. It was the best vacation all of us ever had. We let our daughter and son-in-law have the master and they were absolutely wowed by the room, their view, their own deck. We are still in Puamana, but in a smaller garden view unit. Also, we found an easily inflateable full-sized bed at your house for our grandson, Evan, and all 3 kids slept in the 3rd bedroom which worked out perfectly. Thank u, Dana, for renting your beautiful home to our family. We hope to all stay at your home in Puamana again sometime. Mike & Margaret Geraci

Fabulous Month in ParadiseAt

Hi Dana,

Thank you so much for making our stay at Puamana the very best! We had a wonderful time as did our guests. The weather was the most beautiful we have ever had and, as you know, we have been going for many years. Chuck wanted me to be sure and mention how much we appreciated all the labels posted. We didn’t see any ants or mice. We enjoyed cruising around on the bikes and managed to leave quite a bit of money in Lahaina and up at Whalers Village. Played golf 5 times, which is a record for me. Had dinner at Mama’s, Fleetwood’s, and lunch at MaLa, and Hali’imaile. Our guests were so appreciative that they treated:)

Edy and Clint were very helpful, and much appreciated

The morning we left, the whales entertained us right in front of the condo.

Already looking forward to next year.

Best Vacation Ever!

My husband and I, along with our adult children and their spouses and 10 month old grandson, stayed here a couple weeks ago. We came here to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. There was a bedroom for each couple so we had plenty of room and space. There was a pack-n-play for our grandson as well as a high chair. The master bedroom has a spectacular view of the ocean as well as sliding glass doors the lead out to a lanai. We slept with the doors open every night listening to the waves roll up on the shore. All 3 bedrooms had their own air conditioning unit that kept the other two bedrooms very comfortable. The downstairs also has an incredible view of the ocean as well as a neighboring island. There is an ac unit downstairs as well, but we only needed it for an hour or two in the late afternoon. The downstairs lanai has a grill, which we used almost every day, as well as a table and chairs that we used to eat outside. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk. We absolutely loved Puamana. It was quiet and great for walking or riding bikes. The kitchen had everything we needed to do our cooking. Dana was great to work with and answered all of my questions. Her directions spelled everything out and were easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again. We loved the location and hope to go back soon.

Amazing location and great condo

We stayed last week- my husband and I, our 5-year-old and 9-month-old boys, and my sister and brother-in-law. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs so we all had enough space. We put the baby in the master bedroom with us in one of the two pack-n-plays that are available at the condo. Plenty of space to put it in children's bedroom also if you want. The condo also has a high chair. The children's bedroom has this really cool space ship fan on the ceiling that lights up as a night light. My 5-year-old loved it. Master bedroom has an incredible view of the ocean. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit.

Downstairs also has an incredible ocean view! There's a dining table outside so you can enjoy the view while you dine, complete with lights and ceiling fan. There's a table inside as well but we ate all our meals outside. There are plenty of palm trees to hang a hammock. Lots of grass between the condo and the ocean- great for the kids to run around or to put out a lounge chair. Beach is not accessible directly in front of the condo. Not a far walk at all to beach access but it's very rocky. Puamana Beach is a five-minute walk (if that).

We had an amazing vacation and we will definitely consider staying here again.
