Our apartment overlooks one of the most spectacular scenery of Miami with a 270 degrees panoramic view from Margaret Pace Park in the north to the Port of Miami in the South through North Bay Village, Normandy Shores, west coast of Miami Beach, Julia Turtle causeaway, Venetian causeaway, Mac Arthur causeaway and its islands. At the bottom of The Grand : Sea Isle Marina .
The living room, the dining room , the two bedrooms and the large balcony, enjoy this view.
The master bedroom suite is well separated from the second bedroom by the living room and the dining room.
The beddings are high quality mattress (shape memory) as well as the sofa bed . Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV.
This apartment offers everything you need for everyday life (fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc.) and much more (computer with printer and scanner, WIFI, GPS).
The Doubletree GRAND waterfront complex is one of the most prestigious in the Biscayne Bay area, with 5 restaurants, boutiques, grocery store, pharmacy, olympic size heatedpool, Jacuzzis, private marina, sauna, 24h security, fitness center, covered parking.
It has a very large heated swimming pool (75 ft / 35 ) and 4 jacuzzis. You will enjoy the large covered parking, free for our guests (which is precious in Miami).
It is a FULL SERVICE building : it contains many various offices, 5 restaurants, a grocery store, convenience store, deli, clothing stores, gift shops, jewelry stores, pet store, pharmacy, bank, car rental office, doctor, dentist, beauty salon, barbershop, liquor store, dry cleaner, full time concierge, valet, banquet halls
The beach is 3.7 miles away. 7 miles from MIAMI International AIRPORT(connected to the 'Grand' by bus and MetroRail.)
At your doorstep you will find the 'Venetian Causeaway' , connecting Miami and Miami Beach (The beach is 3.7 miles away) .
The ' Venetian Causeaway ' is one of the most scenic roadways in America . It is accessible by car, bike and jogging.
Also at your doorstep you will find : Margaret Pace Park (tennis courts, sand volleyball, soccer field, children park etc), the MIAMI Performing ARTS CENTER ( Adrienne Arsht ) and a 'Publix' , as well as a free 'Metro Mover ' station .
At a walking distance : American Airlines Arena (0.3 mile ), bicentennial Park ( 0.6 mi ) Bayside Market (1.5 mi ),Port of Miami (1.5 mi ) ,Midtown Design District (1.5 mi )Brickell business center ( ( 3 mi ) and Miami Beach Convention Center (3.6 mi ).
To visit Miami and surrounding a car is not necessary.A Metromover station, free, is a hundred yards from the 'GRAND'. Through its connections with the MetroRail, it gives you access to the entire region ((Miami Beach, Mary Brickell Village, Brickell neighborhood, Coral Gable, Coconut Grove etc ) .

The condo's backyard is the Sea Isle Marina, home to the Miami International Boat Show, where guests can enjoy scenic charters of Miami on the Biscayne Lady, Island Queen Cruises, and Pier 5 Fishing.

As other reviewers have said, the apartment is exactly as it looks on the website, the views are amazing, the beds are extremely comfortable and all the other facilities are very good ( gym, pool area and shops and restaurants downstairs etc.). Jelita and Nathalie are very helpful and easy to deal with and I would recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in Miami.
We were two couples in our sixties with a lot of experience over nearly 20 years (mostly all good) staying at VRBO rentals who stayed in this fabulous place in February, 2016. It is a beautiful condo well-equipped and well suited for two couples with the bedroom separated by the open space living area.
It was conveniently located with the free trolley right outside the main entrance.
The restaurants on the ground floor were very good (especially Tony Chan's Water Club) and the deli was convenient. Publix is located only a block and a half away and has a liquor store connected to it.
Jelila was very easy to deal with in making the rental arrangements and our security deposit was promptly returned within two days.Nathalie medicine on arrival and was very thorough in explaining all aspects of the condo and surrounding area.
We on hesitantly recommend this accommodation and would stay there in a heartbeat if we return to Miami.
We had a great time exploring Miami from this condo. Miami has so much to offer.
The owner and property manager were prompt, professional and easy to work with. The property is in great condition. We look forward to returning.

This condo is amazing! The views are fabulous and the location is perfect. You are within walking distance of Publix and there are many restaurants and shops located right in the hotel. The owners and the property manager, Nathalie, are so nice and helpful. I highly recommend this rental to anyone! This will be the only place I stay at in Miami from now on.
Our vacation was excellent and the #1 reason was because of our stay at Miami Magic! Everything about the condo and the building was great, seriously. We have rented numerous properties through VRBO/Home Away and this is the best. The listing is VERY accurate except it's more beautiful (the furnishings and the view) than you can imagine from the photos. It is very clean and well maintained; more than any other hotel room or rental property where we have stayed (have visited 35 + countries). The responsiveness and service provided by Jelila and Eric is top notch. We had some minor issues in using the entry/exit card for the parking garage but those were easily resolved in timely responses from Nathalie, the property manager.
We were fortunate to meet Jelila personally (as she was on her way to an overseas trip the next day) and were very impressed with her as a person!
The condo is in a perfect location being mid-way to Miami Beach (5 minutes) and Brickell and downtown (also about 5 minutes) so it's really a great place to stay. Of course, you can't beat the Beach but, in my opinion you don't want to stay there! Stay here for a much more relaxing and enjoyable time while also having a great view of Biscayne Bay and beyond.
We love Cuban food and coffee so we spent a lot of time in town around the Little Havana area. La Caretta and Versailles are on 8th St (Calle Ocho) a couple miles from Little Havana and only about a 15 minute drive away from the condo. We preferred La Caretta over Versailles as the food is a little more authentic.
Let me summarize by saying, we can't wait to return to Miami and Miami Magic Condo! Thanks so much Jelila and Eric!
