Why David Berarducci chose Cape Cod

Before purchasing this cabin, I rented it myself for 7-seasons and have experienced first-hand the unsurpassed pleasure it offers in terms of comfort, charm and amazing experience of living on the water with the dramatic, ever-changing waterfront views.

This is my second time staying at the cabin, and again, it was pure heaven. The cabin itself is cute and clean and the location can't be beat. I will most definitely be back! Thank you, David, for helping make my vacation so special.

Charming and Perfectly Located

I had an absolutely magical week in Provincetown and loved staying here. The cabin is clean and cozy, the location couldn't be better and being on the water made for a perfect P-Town experience. Will definitely be back!

Amazing place!

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I spent the most enjoyable and amazing week in this little cottage on the Wharf. The location was amazing and the cottage had every amenity that we could have asked for. This was our 6th straight year in Ptown and don't want to ever stay anywhere else. We can't wait to return next summer!

The Waterfront Wharf Cabin is a gem

  • 5 of 5

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the The Waterfront Wharf Cabin. It was the most quiet and peaceful stay I have in the several years I've been returning to Provincetown. Waking and falling asleep to the tide was dreamy. Extended coffee mornings on the deck looking out on the water was meditative. Swimming around the wharf itself was grad. I had a wonderfully unique experience that I hope to repeat again next year!

Great place to retreat to!

  • 5 of 5

I so enjoyed my stay at this cabin. The cabin is cute; the location is close enough to where you want to be and being right on the water as absolutely wonderful. I hope to make this place my usual stop whenever I am in P-Town.

Located in the desirable West End, it is minutes away from the center of town with its quaint and unique shops, renowned restaurants, bars, night clubs and art galleries. There is direct beach access off the wharf and Herring Cove Beach is within walking distance, or an easy bike ride.
