About Rhana Kozak

We love the E. Sierra - Mammoth, Mono Lake, Yosemite, Convict Lake, Crowley Lake, Rock Creek -

Winter Olympic finals for snowboarding are on the weekend of January 20th. This is a WOW we are looking forward too!

Last summer we joined interns at the Mono Lake Conservation area and toured the area in canoes for $25 each. They are offering this on summer weekends through Labor Day. It's an amazing way to learn about the ecology of the Sierra.

We are very involved in the local conservation efforts that will keep the Eastern Sierras magnificent for future generations.

Why Rhana Kozak chose Mammoth Lakes

It's in a great location. If you don't feel like driving the shuttle to Canyon Lodge, the Village, Main Lodge or mid-mountain just over a block away. The town has installed new roomy shuttle stops. The condo is quiet, cozy and well appointed. The beds are super comfortable Euroflex. There's a 2 car garage and a hot tub on the small deck. Each bedroom has a private bath.

We provide high speed internet and a 60 inch smart TV for your entertainment and tech needs.

What makes this townhome unique

Location, location. Walk to restaurants, shops and shuttle. Built by Mammoth local John Hooper, these condos have what you need to enjoy a mountain vacation.

Great condo!

  • 5 of 5

We had a great stay at this nice condo in mammoth. The location is great: right near a shuttle stop, 10 min walk from the village, not far from Vons. The beds were nice and comfy, the hot tub was nice and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen was fairly well stocked though the toaster hardly worked and sparked now and then (concerning). Would definitely stay again!

Cozy cabin with all the creature comforts!

  • 5 of 5

We had a great stay at this cabin last weekend during the blizzard. Coming in out of the storm, we LOVED the huge garage with plenty of room for 2 cars. This was a godsend, saving us time and tears from having to clear off our cars each day.

The home itself was very comfortable - nice living space, comfortable couch, table with room for 6 and all of the amenities to make it feel like home. The hot tub was AMAZING, along with the large bedrooms and plenty of closet space.

My girlfriend had to work from home and was shocked by the excellent wifi speeds. I believe it was around 130/17 so a huge thumbs up from her.

All and all, this was a great vacation rental and we couldn't be happier.

Great Stay!

  • 5 of 5

Really enjoyed our stay over Christmas. From the onset I appreciated being able to communicate directly with the owner Rhana, who was always timely in her communications and very accommodating. The complex was small and well maintained. There was even a fresh wreath on the front door when we arrived! The bedrooms were good sized with a bathroom in each. The kitchen was well stocked and we had all the supplies we needed. With regard to location, it was more central to the business district than the slopes but shuttles run on the main street just a short walk from the place. There were mountain views from the living room area which made it look pretty. We had a few minor maintenance needs while there and called the management service on the number provided in our welcome packet. Junior ( the property manager) was extremely prompt in responding and taking care of the few things we needed. He had a great attitude and was very helpful. It was a great choice and a wonderful time!
