Available 3/26 to 4/16. 2016. Enjoy your visit to Vail, Colorado, in our 2-bedroom condominium. The unit is located at the VANTAGE POINT, located in Lionshead, Vail, about a block from the Lionshead high speed gondola and chair lift. You can walk to Lionshead Square shopping and the gondola without crossing any streets. The VANTAGE POINT is a 6-story building with 2 elevators, garage parking under the building, 2 large hot tubs, washer and dryer facilities. Our unit is on the 3rd floor and has a good view of the Vail ski mountain.

Our condominium unit sleeps 6 people and includes:

2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ensuite

Living room with queen-sized hide-a-bed that sleeps 2 people

Dining area with table for 6 and a pass-thru bar counter top w/2 barstools

Full kitchen - dishwasher, range, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots/pans, and utensils

Private balcony

Free wi-fi

Rental Payment: 50 % deposit due at time of reservation, 50 % due 8 weeks before occupancy.

Cancellation: Up to 8 weeks before occupancy, half of deposit returned within 8 weeks of occupancy no cancellations. Full deposit returned if canceling renter finds a replacement renter who is satisfactory to the owner.

About Owner/Property Manager

We are now aged 70+ and are no longer active skiers, so we are making our condo available for short-term rental.

Why Owner/Property Manager chose Vail

The location is superb for skiiers and shoppers. The Vantage Point building is rarely crowded. For example the 2 hot tub/spas are usually not fully occupied, even at the end of the ski day. And we have never failed to find a parking space in the free private parking in the basement garage. The local condo manager keeps our condo in top shape. He installed new mattresses in 2015.

What makes this condo unique

There are no streets or highways to cross when you walk to the gondola and lifts at Lionshead Square. The free shuttle bus stop to Vail Village, Golden Peak, etc is a about a block from our condo.

Great location, Fun Vacation

Our family of four stayed for a week during ski season. The property is in a great location with easy access to the gondola, and all the shops. It was wonderful to wake up, open the shades, and have a great view of what we would be skiing later in the day. The unit is a bit dated, and the master bath is pretty small. The kitchen is well appointed, and the living space was big enough for family card games and sitting around the fire when we were too tired to move. We were able to take advantage of the two outdoor hot tubs which was great, and the washing machines which made packing much easier. We would definitely consider bringing our family back again.
