We welcome you to enjoy our townhome which offers ski in/out access to Camelback Ski Resort to enjoy the 33 lighted slopes on Camelback Mountain. Our unit is a 3 level unit with modern amenities. The Club House has a heated indoor swimming pool and hot tub, including changing rooms with sauna. A workout room, tennis court (indoor/outdoor) and indoor basketball court are also included.
Loft with Queen size bed and full bath, Lower level: room 1 with a Queen bed, room 2 with 2 Twin size beds. Once full bath on lower level.
**LINENS and TOWELS included with free WiFi. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. NO Smoking, NO pets allowed.**
Enjoy the wonderful life in the Pocono Mountains just like our family. This house was purchased when our love of the mountains and skiing led us urging for more time together in the Poconos. Much of our family have/has owned homes in this very community, always keeping us together.
The unit was awesome. We had a great time even though the weather was in the 60's for Friday and Saturday (wind and lighting storm so bad they closed the mountain ) and then the upper 30's on Sunday. We managed two days of skiing. The unit had all the pots, pans, and dishes you could need. There were also many condiments and staples that are not usually found in a rental unit. (liquid soap, detergent, toilet tissue, etc)
Brian and Debby were easy to get hold of for questions and allowed a late checkout without question since there was no incoming guest. (this allowed my sons a few extra runs before leaving.) The only downsides to the unit is the steps to get into the unit if you have issues with that sort of thing, and the SQUEAKY kitchen floor. I have rented several units in the village over the years and they all squeak, but this had a few extras. Shy of an expensive fix to replace the floor there is nothing to be done so I understand why it is that way. The unit is in great condition and well decorated.
I am waiting on the return of the security deposit from Homeaway but that is no reflection upon the owners.
I want to thank Brian and Debby for allowing my family a wonderful place to stay for the weekend. I look forward to renting again. ( with colder weather)
We were quite close to the slopes though the weather was so warm that it wasn't "ski in/ski out" but that is no fault of the owners! Had it not been 60 degrees we could have skiied most of the way in and out. The house was a good size for the 6 of us. It had a wood burning fireplace which we used once but again it was so warm we felt it wasn't needed. The kitchen was stocked with all the equipment we needed. The furnishings were a little dated but we didn't care. My kids loved the huge sectional couch and played cards and checkers after dinner. We enjoyed a lovely weekend at the Villages.
We (family of 5) rented this unit for the whole month of February. The ability to ski on and off the mountain is great. It is a short walk from the slope side. The town home was as described. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels were provided. We are hoping to return again next year for an extended rental.
Close to all. The community swimming pool and sauna was an added bonus. Highly recommended.
The house was big and very close to the mountain. everything was as described and we had a very fun stay. the close proximity to the mountain and even the casino was a huge plus. thank you!
The Village of Camelback is located in the picturesque Pocono Mountains. Located right on the Camelback mountain, enjoy all Camelback has to offer including world class skiing and a drenching waterpark.
With an abundance of mountain activities there is more than any adventure goer could dream of including hiking, fishing, white water rafting, skiing and sky diving.
For those less outdoorsy, enjoy the wonderful shopping at the Crossing Outlets with more than 100 outlet stores, and try your luck at the Mt. Airy Casino.

Check in is 4pm of the arrival day. Tenants must be checked out by 11am on the final day of rental. Weekend arrival and departure times are Friday at 4pm until Sunday at 11am.
**A refundable Damage Deposit of $300**
- The Village of Camelback requires a $50 reg fee for each short term rental. Any other charges (Parking tickets, etc) incurred by the renter will be deducted from the damage deposit if it is not paid by the renter.
- Cancellations 30 days or more prior to day of arrival: A refund of both security deposit and rental fee will be provided, minus a 10% reporcessing fee (10% of rental fee)
- Cancellations 30-10 days of check in date: Rental fee will be refunded, minus a 10% reprocessing fee (10% of rental fee). Security Deposit will be returned if the property is able to be re-rented for the same date, or an alternate available date is selected by the canceling party within a 6 month period at the same rate.
- Cancellation within 10 days of check in: Rental fee refunded minus 10% reprocessing fee. Security deposit will be forfeited unless owner able to re-rent for the same date.
