Really nice location and well appointed two bedroom. The gym and pool are great. The deck is beautiful but the bar-b-question suck. There is a Wally nice common room with a nice tv and sound system.

Great location, decent property

The location was great, right downtown with easy access to public transportation and loads of restaurants nearby. The building was nice with good security, we loved the pool and hot tub. The apartment had the necessities and was very clean, unfortunately it reeked like cigarettes when we first arrived but we aired it out and it was fine. But every time the heat vent came on, it smelled of weed. Also, the property advertised two televisions and there is only one. Overall it was ok.

Great location near Westlake center.

Nice central location near Westlake center. Easy walking distance to virtually major attractions in Seattle. Unit is on the 10th floor. Well furnished and spacious. Carpets had a few stains/spots but not a problem. Unit was well lit, good WiFi, kitchen was nice, balcony has nice views and being on the 10th is high enough above the street so it was not noisy.

I've lived as a resident in the Metroploitan Tower about 15 years ago so I was already well versed in the amenities of the building. I loved it back then and I loved it now.

Front desk staff was very personable. Note: Parking is an additional cost - max $24 for a full day (24 hours) which is very reasonable for downtown Seattle.

Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

I recommend this unit.

Lovely condo with the perfect location

This condo is in downtown Seattle. It is in walking distance of Pike's Market. Lots of restaurants and a Whole Foods Market nearby as well. Condo was clean and most important, we felt safe.

True to pictures!

We recently stayed at this property for 4 nights, Beautiful building and suite! Our room was very clean and was exactly what we were expecting from the photos posted. Great locating with easy access to the train, shopping centers and fantastic restaurants. We enjoyed the roof patio and look forward to the pool being up and running ( under construction with what looks to be a beautiful renovation) on our next stay.

Quiet, walking distance to good eats, shopping, Pike Place

My unit was clean, modern, and very quiet. It felt like coming home each day instead of 'just' a hotel room. Visiting from an active state of Colorado meant that everything was walkable for me. Pike Place, The Needle, Capital Hill, shopping...they were all of walking distance. I was able to Uber and Lyft easily from this centralized location if I was exhausted from walking all day. I would definitely stay here again instead of a hotel. Parking was much cheaper than the hotels nearby. Fell in love with the casual, small French restaurant attached to the building downstairs. This was the most ideal location for me and would most definitely stay here again in the future!
