Gulf front condo. Enjoy direct beach front views from the wrap-around lanai of this gulf front, two bedroom/two bathroom plus den condo. Unit L304 offers a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and high-speed wireless internet access. The master bedroom offers a King bed, TV and en-suite bathroom while the guest bedroom features two twin beds. Another full bathroom is located right outside the guest bedroom. The spacious open-plan living and dining rooms have open views of the Gulf and offer a TV and DVD Player. There is assigned parking and elevator in the building. This unit is located in building L on the third floor and offers access to community pool and BBQ Grills. It is adjacent to the main resort complex, yet fully isolated from any resort activities. Weekly minimum, sleeps six people.

Fall Projects at Sundial WEST will begin 9/6/16 and be completed on or around 12/16/16, weather permitted. Please be advised that some of the buildings will be closed during necessary maintenance projects. Only condos directly impacted will be blocked; however, surrounding buildings will be open and available for rental. Project includes; landscaping, elevator repairs, electrical meter replacement, and parking lot repairs. Please be advised that workers will be onsite during these projects and at times you might here project noise. No discounts or compensation will be provided as these projects are association related.
I hesitate to expound too much on this awesome condo as I would like it to myself for my family! Great view, mgmt. is VERY attentive to detail. Will definitely be back next year!
You cannot possibly get a better rental at Sundial or anywhere on Sanibel. The wrap-around porch directly overlooking the gulf is amazing and you can hear the waves from the living room, master bedroom and den. This 3rd floor condo overlooks the Gulf as well as the building’s pool. The den can be closed off for privacy. The listing is accurate and everything seems in perfect shape - what you see in the pictures is what you get. Royal Shell is a great rental agency and you can be assured everything will be taken care of. Everything is clean and looks new. The decor is great and I would highly recommend this property for Sanibel rental. The pool is right next to the condo, there are beach chairs and toys in the condo’s storage room at ground level, there’s a great tiki bar within 100 yards and the Sundial resort is now completely refurbished with a nice restaurant upstairs. The resort’s pool is not included in the rental, but you can pay extra for that. I see no reason to spend the extra money though, because you have your own pool right next to the condo. There are many fantastic restaurants on Sanibel, but our favorite by far is Traders, although it’s a little pricey. Over Easy for breakfast, Doc Ford’s if you like boats, Lazy Flamingo for oysters and burgers, Sanibel Grill (next to Timbers) for a great bar, Timbers + Doc Ford’s for everything. Do not miss ice cream at Pinocchio’s. Must-do’s include a trip to Captiva for Sunset at The Mucky Duck bar. The Bubble Room is overpriced but definitely worth a visit - walk through to explore all the nooks and crannies! Shop for groceries in Ft. Myers on your way to the condo, then replenish and buy fresh stuff on the island from Bailey’s or Jerry’s.You cannot possibly get a better rental at Sundial or anywhere on Sanibel.
