A beautiful 2 bedrooms (Queen size bed in each room), 1 bathroom condo with a nearby distance to all local attractions. Our condominium is fully equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. This unit has a large living room and entertainment area with a 47' LCD TV with local channels. The living room also has a 5-CD changer stereo unit. One of the bedrooms has also a 32' Monitor and a BLU RAY player.
The kitchen has a side by side refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Ninja Blender, espresso machine and in-sink disposal. The kitchen also has complete dishware and cookware for those evenings you decide to stay in. There is a comfy queen size bed in each of the bedrooms.
The bath has a tub with shower fixture.
Towels and bed linens are all provided.
There's an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and lots of hangers in the closet.
All living and sleeping areas are air conditioned, and there is a ceiling fan in the kitchen.
The balcony has 2 chairs so you can enjoy and relax with a glass of wine.
Washer and Dryer conveniently located inside the condo! There are also washers and dryers available to use in the basement for a small fee.

I purchased this condominium because of the great location. Everything one would need is nearby. Jefferson Barracks Park is just 2 minutes away. It has real nice bike riding/walking trails with some hills that are a great workout but not too exhausting. If you prefer miniature Golf, you can find it on Lemay Ferry Rd, about 5 minutes away. For the Shopper in you there is the South County Mall (on corner of Lindbergh Blvd and Lemay Ferry), as well as many other strip malls full of various stores and restaurants all around the area. There is even a Chuck E Cheese’s, where kids and adults alike can spend some time playing all kinds of different fun arcade games, while having lunch or a snack. If however, you enjoy movies, one of St. Louis' greatest Movie theaters, Ronnie's Cine, is located off of Lindbergh Blvd. Besides it's 20 seperate theaters, it also has an arcade games area you can enjoy.
Two major highways run through the area, I-270 and I-55, as well as Lindbergh Blvd, which connects to other major streets and takes you to many areas of this beautiful city if you are not a fan of the highway. Some of the restaurants close by are Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Maccaroni Grill, The Bean House (Mexican restaurant).
We love our friendly neighbors on either side and on the lower level. Our place is very quiet which is great for families and business people! The place is clean and family friendly. The pool is located just around the building

We stayed in this property from March 5-March 11th 2013. We found the apartment to be clean, comfortable, well equipped and convenient to everything we needed to enjoy our stay in St. Louis. The beds are comfortable with plenty of linens for your stay. The kitchen has everything that one would need to cook a hearty meal. The balcony was nice and had the weather been warmer we might have used the bbq grill that was available on our private balcony. There is adequate parking for more than one car and the area is safe and secure. We are relocating back to St. Louis and fully intend to rent this space again as we head back to St. Louis to "house hunt." I would recommend this property to anyone!
My family had a great time staying here for 3 months....2 bedroom apartment with balcony and parking is perfect for week long vacations. Clean property and quiet location! Great owners!
This review is very unusual since we have not been able to visit the property....YET. Our trip has been postponed but the easiness and flexibility from Boris in working with our needs is worthy of a review .
I know the St Louis area very well because we were residents for 13 years and I will recommend the area and now Boris hospitality.
This was my first time booking through VRBO. We are a family of 5, and I hate staying in one hotel room. The price for this apartment is worth the booking. The location is great because you are about 10-15 minutes from anything you want to do in the St. Louis area. However, the apartment is older and has a smell like someone smoked in there years ago, but we were gone so much of the day that it didn't bother us.
Our first experience with home renting and it was amazing. All of our party were able to sleep in the condo, have coffee, do laundry, and we were so close to everything in the city! Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely condo.
Enjoyed staying in this home - it was very clean and affordable versus having to pay for hotel room. It was very convenient to many of the local attractions including Grants Farm. It was located in a very quite neighborhood. I would recommend staying here!
