Why A.M. Byram chose University Circle
You will feel at home in this neighborhood. Great neighbors, great restaurants, and it's very safe. This is an old neighborhood, filled with the energy of youth. This apartment is so close to the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital, and Case Western Reserve University that you can literally walk there. Unbelievable Italian restaurants within blocks. 3 minute drive to Cleveland Clinic.

As soon as we walked in, our mind was blown! Super cozy, immaculate, funky and well equipped. The kids were spinning records within minutes of arrival! Free parking! Great neighborhood. We won't stay anywhere else in Cleveland.
Really liked this unit in a great location in Little Italy near a train station for getting downtown
The property was well maintained in a great location to Little Italy, University Circle and a short train ride to Downtown Cleveland and Ohio City. The owner was easy to work with and very prompt answering any questions we had. I would highly recommend.
Diamond in the Rough
For us, the Little Italy location was ideal for our visit to Cleveland for health services: this 2nd floor unit is in a quiet neighborhood close to the major Cleveland hospitals and just a couple blocks from many fine Italian restaurants. We are so pleased to have found this excellent alternative to hotels for our 2+ week stay. All of our basic needs such as kitchen/laundry appliances, temperature control, linens were met handily. Finding more than a bare minimum supply of basic things like paper towels, toilet tissue, detergent, coffee filters, some condiments and toiletries was a real plus, taking the pressure off us to shop as soon as we arrived. Beds were comfortable but lighting in the bedrooms is currently inadequate for reading. Bed covers are extra warm comforters with limited alternatives. Furniture is functional but very basic and so is the inventory of kitchen implements. We had no interest in the Play Station as many others no doubt would, but we were able to use the large screen TV for local channels and streaming through a laptop. The landlord always responded promptly to questions and provided us convenient off street parking which was fabulous since neighborhood street parking permits are in effect. All in all, this rental unit provided a viable solution to our needs and we would consider booking it again for a return to Cleveland.
Cute duplex in our favorite neighborhood
We had fun in this little first floor two bedroom unit in our favorite neighborhood, despite the frigid temps. The apartment is simply appointed but comfortable, with good water pressure and a responsive thermostat. Love having a gas stove. Off street parking a couple doors down is a must for this neighborhood in the winter. FYI, this is a first floor unit below another rental, and you will be able to hear the upstairs tenants walking around, and possibly also tv/music, but if the tenants are considerate, it’s totally reasonable. We had an issue with the upstairs renters one night, as well as a two hour power outage due to the extreme temps, and the landlords were super responsive to both. My son loved the PS4 gaming system. Great to be in walking distance of so many restaurants, Presti’s bakery, a fabulous little wine shop, and all the new spots on Euclid Ave. A really great alternative to a hotel for our family of four.
Very quiet neighborhood. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.
Great Time in Cleveland
As we were not familiar with Cleveland at all and had no idea of what to expect - we were pleasantly surprised all the way around. First and foremost the accommodations were great. The apartment was very clean and included anything you needed including cooking a meal. The neighborhood was quaint and had a good supply of restaurants, some pastry shops, and some wonderful galleries. The RTA was right around the corner and we were able to park our car for the week-end and use our legs and the RTA. Downtown Cleveland has much to offer. Adam our landlord was receptive to our questions and they were quickly answered. He appears to have a great vision for the house. We took a walk in the back and to our suprise found a beautiful fig tree that was just beginning it's harvest!!! MMMMMM!!!
We hope to be back next year as we originally had planned on going with another couple but due to family circumstances they were not able to join us. :( Thank you Adam for an enjoyable stay!!
Parades, Festivals, and Churches; Art Museum, Botanical Garden, Natural History Museum, Western Reserve Historical Society, Severence Hall, Cleveland Institute of Music, and the Cleveland Institute of Art; Shops, Bars, and a variety of ethnic restaurants within walking and driving distance. And local Bocce ball court just down the street, great fun during the summer months.
