About Enza & Pablo

We are an Italian-Spanish couple with 2 children: a girl of one year old and a boy of 3 years old. We met in London in 2001 and lived there for a couple of years. We work for the pharmaceutical industry in Madrid and we come to Rome very often to see the Italian family.

Why Enza & Pablo chose Rome

Having a house in the heart of Rome was one of our dreams. However, as we only come here on holidays, we can rent it to tourists the rest of the days that is empty. It helps us to pay our mortage.

What makes this apartment unique

The first unique benefit is the location. Located in the heart of ancient Rome and walking distance to everywhere - traffic is very chaotic in Rome so avoiding cars and parking was a must. Also you can easily move with the metro and the train anywhere you need.

The second unique benefit is the way the apartment is: cozy, lovely and charming.

Wonderful stay in Rome!

Enza's apartment had everything we wanted: very well equipped, clean, spacious and comfortable. It is very centrally located, close to all conveniences, grocery stores, metro (right at the door), buses and within walking distance of a lot of Rome's historical sites and many restaurants. Enza was extremely nice and easy to deal with, answering all our numerous questions promptly and precisely. And Vicky who greeted us and is Enza's contact person in Rome, was absolutely wonderful: she took the time to explain how everything works in the apartment and was ready with maps and suggestions for activities and a list of great roman restaurants. She was proactive, making sure we were having a nice time and had everything we needed. When we had a question, she would reply almost instantaneously. Thank you Enza and Vicky, we had a memorable holiday in Rome!!!

Property was great. Nice clean apartment. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths.

I traveled with my 2 teenage Children. Pablo met us as we arrived and showed us where everything was in the apartment. The location was great. We were able to walk to areas such as the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish steps, the Pantheon and Piazza del Poppolo. We also were able to Walk to campo Di Fiore. There was a supermarket around the corner and we were able to get anything there, coffee, milk, bread and other items. There are plenty of places open early in the morning where we could get breakfast, as well as wine bars. If you do not wish to stay at a hotel, this apartment is a perfect place to stay.

Very pleasant stay

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was clean and tidy, and Vicky made sure that all of our questions were answered and needs were taken care of. We were extremely close to the Spanish Steps, and there is a grocery store and a few good restaurants nearby as well. The owners also helped arrange transportation to and from the airport, which was very nice as well.

Perfect location and size for a family!

Vicky was super helpful! Location was perfect - easy walk to everything we wanted to see; cabs were plentiful; cute place on the corner for breakfast. Highly recommend!

wonderful apartment, perfect location

The apartment is exactly as described, so I won't repeat what others have said, except to agree that it's spotless, spacious, and up-to-date. Vicky was there to meet us, explain the workings of the apt., and give us her contact info, should we need it. She also texted us during our stay to see how things were going. The location couldn't be better. Piazza Barberini is centrally located, but more local than touristy. A Metro stop and taxi stand are right outside the front door. Nearby are restaurants, shops, and grocery stores -- everything you need. I highly recommend this apartment!

Wonderful, centrally located flat

We would highly recommend this flat. Our hosts managed our reservation, payment, and check-in smoothly. They also graciously assisted in arranging airport transit and a private tour to Pompeii. The flat is very clean, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen for cooking, and a nice sitting/dining area. For travelers who would like a central location without the chaos found in some of the larger Piazzas, Piazza Barberini is a wonderful option. We would gladly stay here again. Grazie!

Location is excellent to visit Rome. Just around the corner of Piazza Barberini, and extremely close of Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps (5 min walk). Easy to walk to all the major sites (15 minutes walk): Colosseum, Roman Forum, Pantheon, Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona etc. If you are travelling with children, you can bring them to Villa Borghese park walking through Via Veneto (10 minutes walk).

Extremely well connected with other areas of Rome: Metro A, bus and taxi stops are in front of the apartment. Termini station is 1 stop away and take you to Fiumicino airoport.
