Recently renovated to the highest standards directly on Seven Mile Beach. From king bed, to spa like bathroom to gourmet kitchen, this unit has it all and more. Any closer to the ocean, and you would be in the ocean. Our 1 bedroom condo is literally 30 feet from the beach, you really are just steps away. Cayman Reef Resort is centrally located on Seven Mile Beach, many guests do not even rent a car. We have grocery stores, and some of the best restaurants & shops all within walking distance. Come see for yourself why so many guests come back year after year, Seven Mile Beach is the place to be.

NOTE: Royal Palm Beach Bar plays music late on Wed & Fri nights until 1:30am and can sometimes be heard at the unit.

We live in Canada and it can get cold. We take every opportunity we can to come visit the Cayman Islands. With three young children, it is relaxing to know everyone will be safe. We started with one condo and soon found ourselves adding a few more. What started out as a hobby, has quickly become a small business and as such we treat our units as a business and our guests as our best clients. Attention to detail is what best sums up our motto.

Fantastic! Better than expected!

This condo has an amazing view, is clean and has everything you'll need for an enjoyable week in Grand Cayman. Marc was great and checked in on us to make sure we had all we needed. Comfortable bed, great shower and everything you'll need in the kitchen! The noise others mentioned didn't bother us at all. You could hear some music but died down early. Some helpful hints: don't overpack! With the washer/dryer and the casual vibe in GC you won't need half as much as you think you will! We did not rent a car and walked to many local and great restaurants. The drying rack on the porch was so useful for our dive suits and gear. We also would recommend Living the Dream Divers who will pick up and drop off at the condo. We plan to come back!

Beatifully updated right on the beach!

There isn't anything missing in this beautiful condo. We didn't really cook but everything you would need is there. All great quality. Condo is refinished, very well done. AND 20 steps to the beach.!! Or just sit in the screened lanai and look and listen to the waves. Close to everything. Across from Camana Bay. We walked everywhere or flagged a taxi or bus. Grand Cayman is the nicest island.

Truly Paradise!

We are extremely happy with our choice to book Marc's unit. Right from the beginning, his emails contained all the information we needed, and he checked in with us shortly after arrival. The unit was very clean and just as pictured. The ground-floor unit was so convenient, and the condo's location on the beach made nearly everything within walking distance. A little loud music a couple of nights from Royal Palms nearby, but nothing that would prevent us from staying again. Then, as he said he would, Marc checked in with us toward the end of our stay. When we mentioned that we didn't have the detergent and fabric softener that were supposed to be there, a woman brought some over first thing the next morning. Marc has certainly thought of every convenience necessary--especially loved the drying rack on the porch to use for damp towels and swimsuits. Would highly recommend this unit.

Absolutely wonderful and beautiful condo!

We have been coming to Cayman for 8 years and this condo and Marc’s hospitality have been beyond our expectations. The renovations were done with class and consideration for guests. I love the proximity to the beach (a few steps) and in walking distance to many things in the area. I would give way more than 5 stars for our experience here!!!

Great as usual

This is the second condo owned by Marc that I have stayed in. I was by myself so I opted for the 1 bedroom. As usual, everything was spotless. I am very comfortable renting from him, as I know what I am getting...Great communication , clean, abundant kitchen utensils, great beach. Look forward to next time!

Great view, beautifully ungraded (probably the best in the resort), top line bedding and appliances.

My husband and I just returned from Condo #32. Everything was perfect except the Saturday night music from The Royal Palms Club 2 doors down. We had to wear ear plugs that night and one other night but it did not ruin our vacation. It was only a real problem on Saturday. It would not keep us from renting this unit again. We also appreciated a call from the owner upon arrival to check if everything was OK.

The unit was clean and fresh smelling. The unit had everything we needed for the week: paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, soaps, towels, beach towels (6), a large beach umbrella plus a child size one, and kitchen basics (salt/pepper/sugar/coffee and a few coffee filters)

The bed (I Comfort)and pillows were so comfortable and supportive. The mattress pad and pillow protectors were terry cloth style and very plush.

With 2 large sliding doors we always had a view of the water and palm trees and enjoyed sitting outside at night playing cards. The electric grill worked well and was easy to use.

We highly recommend this unit and would give it 5 stars.
