We shared this rental house with 5 other families while visiting Orlando for a cheer competition. There was plenty of room for everyone in out group and more! Everything was clean and tidy. Lots of great places to eat and a Target nearby. Will rent this property again in the future! Crystal
We shared the house with another family with smaller children and it couldn't have been more perfect! Lots of room and common areas to meet, mingle, visit and have a great time, yet the house is big enough so you can still have your own\quiet time. The POOL IS AWESOME! The family center for the community is close by featuring a nice large pool and activity area. Additional Pro's: Very clean; big, well stocked kitchen; ample parking; close to all attractions and amenities. Con's: We only stayed a week. Wish we could have stayed longer!
I stayed at this gorgeous house as a single with 2 other larger families and thoroughly enjoyed the privacy of the front bedroom, while still being able to enjoy all my time in the house with close friends and their kids!
The house itself is beautifully furnished, seems like brand new and is super value for the price per night and the number of guests it can sleep! Lots of shopping and restaurants close by, a pool in the backyard as well as the complex pool down the road make it easy to keep kids busy on "non-Disney" days. Of course the big convenience is the proximity to the Disney parks and all they have to offer.
This is a beautiful house, great value and a perfect location to enjoy Disney, shopping and dining. I would recommend it to anyone!
We loved this house. Very clean, well kept, lots of room, lots of space for the kids to play. We spent a great deal of our time around the pool with the kids and plenty of space for everyone throughout the house. We had no complaints. Kitchen was huge and awesome. We spent several days going over to the oasis pool just one block away. We will strongly suggest this property to everyone we know. Best place we have stayed in Disney.
We rented this unit for one week with 10 people in our party. Below are the pros and cons of the rental unit.
Pros: Space, open floor plan of downstairs, lots of space upstairs, second TV area provides another area for people to relax. GREAT master suite with large bathroom and jacuzzi tub; second master suite also nice. The lay-out of the bedrooms was very nice as well. Plenty of dishes and silverware. There was seating for 12 inside and 4 outside. On the low 90 temps days, it was uncomfortable to eat outside.
Cons: Phone and dryer did not work upon arrival. The phone was fixed on arrival day (Saturday), which was very good because there is no cell service inside the home (most of our party had AT&T). The dryer was not repaired until Monday. The shelf above one of the produce drawers in the refrigerator was missing completely. We were told that most produce drawers don't have a shelf; I've never personally seen that. I just didn't want to be charged for something already missing.
The description of the home includes "a well-stocked kitchen". There was no cutting board available, the blender was plastic and the pots and pans were limited. The utensils (larger spoons, spatulas etc) were also plastic and easily bendable. There were NO dishcloths to use; we bought our own after using paper towels the first night. There were only three dish towels.
There were 13 bath towels in a home that sleeps 16 people. We were out of towels the first day; wash cloths were also limited. There should be a minimum of 16 towels but even that number is unacceptable.
In the kitchen downstairs, it appeared the kitchen hadn't been swept, there was a battery and a plastic bread tie on the floor, under the cupboard edging; upstairs, a dirty sock left behind by a previous guest was found under the TV stand in the second family room space. The toilet in the bathroom next the twin beds bedroom had not been cleaned in probably a month, although it had a "sanitizer" tag wrapped around the toilet seat. The inside of the bowl had a pink and green ring. There was a broom but the mop looked dirty and unusable.
Overall, we liked the house for its size and lay-out but if we were to stay in this unit again, it needs to be better stocked (towels, dishcloths, pots/pans, utensils, etc.) in the kitchen area, better cleaning throughout the unit and everything in working order upon arrival rather than having to call to get things repaired on the very first day of our stay.
We reserved this rental for our 15 year family vacation. We came down to go to Disney World Magic Kingdom, Aquatica and Downtown Disney. The photos doesn't due this rental any justice. When we arrived the house was in excellent condition as if it was just built and no one was ever there. My family was so happy that they didn't want to leave. they ask us if we could move there. This rental says it accommodates 16 however we had 17 people and still had plenty of room. We especially loved having our own private pool. There were times that the larger pool on the resort was too full so that turned out great for the kids. my husband and I especially loved the kitchen and master suites with bath. We were able to escaped and have sometime time to our selves while the children also enjoyed themselves. My family and I wish we could give this rental ten stars however it only lets you give five. I have already referred this rental to my family and friends.
We loved this house. Tons of room, very clean, great kitchen and lining space. 1 block walk to an amazing oasis pool that our kids just loved on our down days. very close and convenient to disney. We tell everyone about this house.
