Marija Chandler purchased this estate in 1990
The owner chose this property because of the location in Laguna Beach and the unique characteristics of the property. The property is big and has a lot of sleeping areas. The courtyard is a perfect place to have a wedding or reception. Outdoor speakers.
Grocery store right next door.
Coffee spots and restaurants abound.
The beach is across the street.
The location is unbeatable because it is so close to all the great sites and beaches. Park the car and walk wherever you need to go or take the trolley. It's so easy.
The owner is a direct descendant of the Jacuzzi family. The Jacuzzi family creed states the most important thing in life is, ‘family’.
With your family in mind, we welcome you to 'Saint Anne's Court.’
A place to call home while you stay in Laguna Beach.
This is a great vacation spot. My family and I spent a wonderful holiday here. A huge courtyard that backs up to the downtown.Gorgeous and spacious. My wife and I stayed with my parents and we never got in the way of each other. Beach is close and there is some great hiking close by. Home was clean and has everything you need. Even has a private garden for the kids on sunny lazy days!
The property is ideally located for easy access to all that Laguna Beach offers. Our large family group was comfortably housed in the three suites and adjoining courtyard, which affords the perfect mix of togetherness and privacy. The property is well-maintained and nicely appointed, and conveniently located near a grocery store. There are beach towels, toys, umbrellas, etc. available for use. The large kitchen in the penthouse suite was perfect for many of our family meals. We all loved the second-level privacy of the property, and the courtyard between the suites was a gathering place for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, and a safe place for the younger children to play. There is off-street parking available, which was great, because we left the cars parked and mostly walked to shopping, restaurants, and the beach.
Marija promptly answered every question and communication before and during our stay, and our needs were promptly satisfied.
Our vacation was wonderful, and a big part of that was due to our stay at this Laguna Beach property. We'll be back!!!
The property served our family reunion of 14 perfectly. The rooms were spacious. We loved the big courtyard for our gatherings. Highway 1 was definitely busy and noisy, but that is what you get when you are in the middle of all the action! We would stay here again!
750 Pacific Coast Hwy in gorgeous energized Laguna Beach was sublime. All the women in my family gathered to celebrate my birthday. What was appreciated was that everyone had a private place to sleep, their own bathroom, plenty of space, and every amenity imaginable, including a fabulous salon downstairs. The rental agent provided me the name of an incredible photographer who took our photos at sunset on the beach across the street. Who could ask for more? We LOVED the big dining table so we could all gather and talk into the night. We walked everywhere because the choices are endless. The noise from the PCH takes some adjustment. but it is easily ignored when everyone is having fun. Otherwise, the owners and agent were the nicest people I've ever dealt with in this kind of transaction. They were happy to accommodate and provide whatever we needed. Definitely recommend it.
We chose this property to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary and it was the best decision we could have made. The location is phenomenal and just a short walk to the one of the best beaches in all of orange county...Laguna Beach. The units are very spacious, well maintained and there's a wonderful large outdoor patio area where our group was able to congregate every night and enjoy the cool evenings. We loved everything about this fantastic property and will definitely be back!!
My wife, our two kids, and my parents all met in Laguna for a family holiday. We stayed at these great little apartments which are situated in a very cool part of town, above it all on a secluded second level, and just a few yards from a lovely local beach area that juxtaposes with the larger town beach a few hundred yards north.
The accommodations had a great Mediterranean style with lots of space, open-feeling rooms with tall ceilings, functional kitchenettes, and a very nice terrace where we relaxed over adult beverages during sunny afternoons while the kids had plenty of room to play before short walks to the area's nicest restaurants just down the street. The town's best coffee and breakfast place was just across the corner near other great places and cool surf shops, and just up the hill was some stellar running into the tree lined neighborhoods and extensive back country trails of the big hills behind Laguna.
Overall this place gave us a great dose of the Laguna beach lifestyle and was perfect for smaller groups or our larger extended family gathering.
The scenic beauty of the isolated coastline and hills attracted plein-air painters in the early 1900s. William Wendt, Frank Cuprien, and Edgar Payne among others settled there and formed the Laguna Beach Art Association. The first art gallery opened in 1918 and later became the Laguna Beach Art Museum. Precursors to The Festival of the Arts and the Pageant of the Masters began in 1921, and were eventually established in their present day form by Roy Ropp in 1936. Due to its proximity to Hollywood, Laguna also became a favorite filming location. Starting in 1913, dozens of silent films were made at local coves with Harold Lloyd, Mary Pickford, Douglas Fairbanks, Jr. and others. Actors and film crews stayed during long production shoots at the Arch Beach Tavern on the hillside above Moss Street. A must see is Heisler Park and all the many beaches along the coast. My favorite beach is 9th street beach, in South Laguna. There are many stairs to the sand but it is worth it as you walk to the South side of the two coves and see the grand cave. Have fun!
