3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Top Floor (2nd Floor) With Semi-private Pool

This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect family rental that will leave both the kids and adults happy. The home has a large flat screen TV in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. A king size bed in the Master bedroom, a queen size in bedroom #2 and two twin beds in bedroom #3. All bedrooms also have flat screen TVs and there is a washer and dryer vertical center conveniently located in the home and close to the bedrooms. The dining area has French doors opening to the balcony overlooking the pool. Other amenities include WiFi throughout the property.

A wonderful and refreshing semi-private pool (shared by only two other units) awaits you and your family when you come back from the beach. The patio also features a stone picnic table and tropical patio furniture, all surrounded by year-round flower beds.

The wonderful SPI beach is only a short walk away, and there are a couple of good restaurants at walking distance from the home, such as PadreRita Grill and Blackbeards, two of my favorites!

It's walking distance to the beach, which my wife and I enjoy it very much. It is also very close to some good restaurants such as PadreRitaVille and Blackbeards and to the local supermarket, the Blue Marlin.

Awesome place to stay!

Very sad to be leaving. Casa Malbec has been the best place we've stayed on the island and we've been coming for years. Very clean, very nice, easy access to the beach, nice balcony overlooking the pool, and nice pool area. Also, affordable. Communication with owner was also great. Can't say enough good things. Will definitely stay again! Thank you, Roberto, for everything!

Outstanding property, well kept

We enjoyed Casa Malbec A very much. The property was very well kept. Everything was as advertised. The keyless doors were a big plus so we didn't have to worry about a key. The place was very clean! The short walk to the beach was awesome! We will definitively come back!

Nice place and great location

The house was just as described/pictured. It was clean and everything worked without problems. I slept in room #2 with the queen bed and it was very comfortable! It was a very easy walk over to the beach. You have a passcode to get in and out, so everyone can come and go as they please without worrying about who has the key. The only thing that could be improved was the water pressure in the shower (I only used the hall bathroom, so I don't know about the other shower). I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Very Nice but could use a little TLC.

We enjoyed staying in the house but needs a little TLC. Our overall exprience was great. The Beach was just a block away and easy access. Able to see the Fireworks from the Bay from the balcony in front. A few suggestions that would make the next stay better. The Refrigerator was very noisy and needed a few more Towels and washcloths if staying all week. It would be nice to have an outside shower when coming back from the beach to keep sand out of the pool. Curtains to block the light from Bedrooms would be nice. The light from the outside Pool was bright in the bedrooms if others tenants are swimming. It was great and would stay there again.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the review. Let me start by saying, I am glad you enjoyed your stay, and since I am the owner and I am local, I am very easy to contact and can take immediate action on most issues or concerns. I would like to address each of the concerns expressed in this review so my future guests have a complete picture. There are two outside showers on each side of the building, used by guests to remove sand before entering the swimming pool. This stay was for 4 nights, and the unit has a washer and dryer combo and laundry detergent is provided to wash towels or any other cloths as required. By the way, longer stays are provided with additional towels. The refrigerator was noisy, correct!...Too bad I never received a phone call or text. It was my Cleaning Crew that reported it and it has been replaced. Easy as that! I own this building and I take care of maintenance, and periodic improvements and upgrades and are very proud of it. As I mentioned above, it is very easy to contact me, and I do take action immediately whenever possible!

This is our fifth year renting from this property owner. Every year we get a clean well kept property that suits our family perfect. This is our favorite property, but beware you have to book early it goes fast. The back porch is the perfect coffee spot in the morning. The property owner has always been extreamly friendly, and the pride he takes in the properties shows. Thanks again for a great stay!
