Nearby Oyster Pond Beach (about a .25 mile walk, bike ride or drive) is ideal for families. This home has 3 bedrooms, including one located on the first floor, 2 full bathrooms, a living room and family room both with HD TVs (over 200 satelite channels and DVRs and DVD) and wireless internet service. A gorgeous back yard with brick patio and outside furniture make for a great spot to dine or relax outside. A gas grill, outside shower, beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys complete the package. 2 queen beds and 3 twin beds, window air-conditioners in the bedrooms and living room, completely new fully equipped kitchen. This vacation rental home is ideally located within walking distance to many of the area's attractions including Veteran's Field that hosts the Cape League Baseball games, Oyster Pond Beach, the local bakery for morning coffee and live theater. Also nearby are a wonderful selection of fabulous restaurants, shops, and galleries. Enjoy Friday night band concerts in the summer located at the Kate Gould Park. A large selection of beaches, both salt water and freshwater, are a short drive away. Famous Chatham Light House is nearby and the Chatham Fish Pier is a great spot for watching the seals and the daily fishing boat activity. Other fun activities include biking on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, the Chatham Bike Path, visiting local nature preserves and bird watching spots, whale watching, harbor tours, sailing, deep sea fishing, and clamming. Take a day trip to visit the Cape Cod National Seashore, The Mayflower Monument and the Whydah Museum in Provincetown or the Truro Vineyards.

Keys and rental packages can be picked up at our rental office at Chatham Properties Group, 720 Main Street, Chatham, MA. 02633.
A 50% deposit of the rental amount is due with the signing of the lease and the balance of the rent, $500 security deposit (fully refundable within 45 days if all is left OK) or a $50 non-refundable damage waiver, and $175 cleaning fee is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Cash, check, money order, bank check, and cashier's check are accepted.
