Welcoming, Comfortable, Clean and trouble free

This is the second year that I rent a house in Lake Havasu City from Brian. Both times, the houses have been fantastic. They are clean and comfortable and include all the amenities. Kitchen is fully stocked. Pool is clean and maintained.

Brian is quick to respond to any questions.

I highly recommend Brian on any rental transaction.

Enough Space for Three Families with Small Kids!

This house was perfect for us: 6 adults (plus a couch-surfing grandma one night), 5 kids, and a dog.

This is how we divided the house up: A couple and their dog slept in one of the rooms on the left. The other room on the left housed a family of four (the two kids, ages 2 and 4, slept in sleeping bags on the carpeted floor while the parents slept in the queen). The rooms on the right were intended for the other family of five. We didn't realize how big the master bedroom would be, however! The baby and parents slept in the king bed while the two kids (ages 3 and 5) slept in sleeping bags in the HUGE carpeted walk-in closet. The other bedroom (tiled floor with a door to the garage) had a trundle bed, so both kids could have slept on their own twin, but they liked the "fort" in the closet.

There was more than enough seating for meals since the outside deck had quite a few options and a bigger table (plus the inside one and a small counter bar...we never ate in the living room). Lots of appliances and kitchen gadgets, too. Some dry goods had been stocked in the pantry, as well. Nice filtered water in the kitchen sink--I usually hate AZ water, but this was tasty. Having a washer/dryer there was great...and there was even detergent for us to use!

The pool was chilly--I'd imagine around 65 degrees like the lake was (but it was March and only about 80 degrees outside, not much sun help). It didn't stop the kids and a crazy dad from jumping in the pool and having squirt gun fights. The BBQ worked great.

There were only a few complaints, though they weren't enough to bug us for the short stay we had. The master bathroom had a shower (the little kids preferred a bath tub) and the other bathroom on the left side of the house had no plug for the tub. The shower in that one was rather pathetic in the pressure--not sure how it compared to the master bathroom. Also, the mattresses and headboards reminded me of Ikea setups--kind of squeaky and made noises every time I rolled over.

Brian was always quick to respond. It was nice that there was a lock box for the key on the front door, so we didn't have to meet up with him at an exact time or find the rental property office before settling in to the house. I was a bit nervous about the rental because Brian tends to write in text-talk in both the emails and on the contract, but he was absolutely professional in every other way. I would certainly recommend renting properties through him. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Rental for multiple or large families!

This house was the perfect rental for us! We had two families of three and the layout of the house was great, with two rooms on each side of the house, it gave each family a little privacy if needed! The house was clean and well maintained. The back yard is awesome and a great place to gather and also let our dogs roam free. My dog did not want to leave! Brain was great to work with, was quick to respond to emails and phone calls. The house is located just up the street from Windsor Launch Ramp which was great for us to get our boat in the water quickly! I would definitely rent this house again in the future!

Very nice & spacious!

Took our family for a fun Spring break getaway to the lake, the house was spacious & very nice, lots of room inside & out. Brian is a nice guy, came right over to replace a light bulb & bring a fresh propane tank for the grill. Love that it's pet friendly, our dogs enjoyed running around the back while we all hung out around the pool. I definitely would recommend staying here, we all had a blast!

Home away from Home

We spent three wonderful months here ,and plan to do so again this year. Brian is by far the best and most responsive landlord you could ask for. The home is cozy and more than large enough for us and our Golden. The pool is beautiful and the grill works great. The amenities are as listed and we lacked for nothing for the time we were there. The neighborhood is pretty quiet-one side was never there! Very well maintained and I highly recommend staying here or at any of Brians' properties.
