Located in the private marina community of the Tahoe Keys on a low traffic Cul-de-sac. Enjoy the spectacular views of Lake Tahoe, the Tahoe Marina area and the Heavenly Valley Mountain ski area. The boat dock is right outside the back door.

The kitchen, living room and both bathrooms have been remodeled and upgraded.

We have owned this unit for 24 years and we now offering it for your enjoyment.

My wife Sharon and I have been coming here to enjoy our summers since we bought this condo in 1992. We love the warm day,cool night atmosphere here.Our favorite activities are tennis, golf, hiking and especially boating. We have many friends in the area and getting together with our group here makes it that much more enjoyable.

Great home and location

We went for a ski trip over a long weekend. The place is just like the pictures show. Very clean and had everything we needed. The whole family was very comfortable and relaxed. Always the best way to tell if everyone is enjoying where we stay. We will be back next year!

Loved it...can't wait to go back!

This was our 5th year staying at the Keys over 4th of July and first time at this place. We loved it and had the best time! We had 2 adults and 4 kids. The house was perfect for all of us, very clean, had everything we needed, and was the perfect location for the beach and pool. Barry was great with answering all my questions before my arrival so we were set when we got there. We are looking forward to staying at Barry's place again soon!

Great location in South Lake Tahoe

Condo is very comfortable and close to all of the Tahoe Keys amenities. It is well furnished including towels and kitchen utensils. Minor issues with TV remotes, BBQ etc., but Barry was very responsive in resolving. Tennis courts and pool access now require the purchase of daily passes from the HOA. Fee not included in the rental.

Couldn't Ask for Much More

The condo itself is quite nice. It's not the Taj Mahal, but it's comfortable and well provisioned. All the appliances are in good shape and work. The beds are large (for a rental) and comfortable with ample blankets. It's clearly well cared for. The back deck is a nice bonus with patio furniture and a gas grill. The owners are kind and helpful, and we had no issues at all.

The thing that blew me away about this place was the location. It's literally across the street from the beach, the (heated!) outdoor pool, and the playground, and about a block away from the (also heated) indoor pool. It's also maybe half a mile away from the bike path that takes you up past camp Richardson. The only times I got in the car while we where there were to buy groceries.

The list of downsides is pretty minimal. The condos are a little creaky, so if you're up early you can hear the neighbors on either side walking around and moving furniture. It wasn't enough to wake anyone up who wasn't already awake, but it was noticeable. The biggest negative is the KPOA. To use the pools, beach, and playground, you have to buy a pass from them for $7 per day (or $30 per week) PER PERSON over 5 years old. Since the condo is right across the street from the facilities, we made good use of it, but I think the price is a bit steep for a family of 4.

Cozy Comfy Condo for the Weekend

The condo comfortably fit 6 of us for an overall enjoyable weekend in South Lake Tahoe. We enjoyed the lake and had easy access to the pool and spas. It was an easy drive to popular hiking areas. We went to Vikingsholm. Barry was easy to contact when I had questions about parking, internet, cable, etc. The heating system was a little uneven, as opposite sides of the home would be completely different temperatures. There were plenty of blankets and amenities, making our time pretty care free. I would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway!

The condominium(townhouse) is in the Tahoe Keys community. There are amenities at the Keys that renters can use for a small daily cost.WINTER: skiing, snowboarding,sledding, x-country skiing,as well as an indoor swimming pool and hot tub.SUMMER: sailing,boating,water skiing,kayaking,swimming, cycling,tennis,golf,hiking,fishing,mountain biking,outdoor swimming pool(very close by.) Kids: bicycling,miniature golf,nature trail,playground,swimming,etc. There is a hot air balloon company at the Tahoe Marina and an indoor playhouse close by with performances during the summer.Scenic helicopter rides are available at the Tahoe airport.

No crowds in spring and fall but great hiking,spring flowers and fall colors(aspen). Beach at the Keys and several other beaches close by.

The property has great views of Lake Tahoe from the living room and upstairs master bedroom. There is a washer and dryer at the

the condo.

The South Lake Tahoe area is beautiful year round with many activities such as casinos, art galleries, shopping and outdoor activities.
