Beautiful Lodge on Mountain Fork River

Thunderbird Lodge over priced

  • 2 of 5

The view is beautiful. However it's a treacherous 1.3 mile drive to the cabin. There is no inside the house connection to the downstairs 2 bed/1 bath. The only way to access is outside. The dishwasher does not clean the dishes well at all. Overall cabin is overpriced.

Owner's Response: The road is not treacherous. I have never had a guest describe the road as treacherous. It is a 1.3 mile gravel road that is steep in areas but well worth the drive. The Lodge is advertised as 2 completely separate units. Our dishwasher has been replaced.
