This family friendly, one level, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with large balcony and slope side views has all the comforts of home. Only steps away from the Eagle Bahn Gondola (approximately 100 yards!), Vail Resorts Snowsports School and Lionshead Ticket Office. Upscale fine dining, bars, night life, family friendly restaurants, and Vail's finest shops and boutiques are all available in Lionshead Village.

The master bedroom features king bed and adjoins with private access to the full guest hallway bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two twin over twin bunk beds and a full private bathroom. This beautiful condo includes a fully equipped kitchen that is open to the dining area with seating for 6 and living room with flat screen TV/DVD and gas fireplace. Access the deck from the dining area, with plenty of seating to enjoy the views of Vail Mountain or cook dinner on the gas grill.

Guests can enjoy the year round communal hot tub and seasonal outdoor heated pool. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort.

Vantage Point Stay

Although the exterior of the building is outdated relative to it's neighbors, the unit itself was clean, decently furnished, and supplied with all of the basic necessities. It is a short walk to Lionshead Village and all of the amenities including the gondola. This was a great place for a cost effective boys trip, if you are not trying to keep up with the Joneses, and want a functional convenient base of operations.

Amazing Ski Trip!!

We had an amazing time in the vantage point unit 403. We were a party of 6 ski/snowboard friends.

The unit is super comfy, great kitchen fully equiped, bbq grill on the terrace with an amazing slopes view!!

Defenitely will recomend it!!

Cant wait to come back on 2018

Fit the bill

We enjoyed the location. Balcony was great. Property was well-equipped and in very convenient location.

Ways to improve.......Time to replace a couple "seasoned" pots and pans and somewhat staging mattresses in the kids bedroom.

Very convenient condo!

My family came to Vail for a summer vacation--this condo fit my family of four's needs great! The location was right next to Lionshead village-with lots of restaurants and shops. The free bus stop was right outside the condo! We used it all the time.

The condo was a good size for us-might be tight for a bigger group. Kitchen had everything I needed and the gas grill was a great bonus! Yes, the condo is starting to show its age--there is definitely noticeable wear and tear, but it's just cosmetic--nothing a good paint job wouldn't fix!

There is highway noise, but it didn't bother us. The biggest annoyance was the construction going on in the building which would start early every morning--we weren't told about this and who wants to be woken up early on vacation every day with hammering and saws??

All in all, we liked the condo--but we'd like to stay when it ISNT under construction next time!

We rent a condo in Vail every year for the Go-Pro games. This condo worked perfectly. Great location, comfortable, clean. Coffee on the balcony every morning was a great way to start the day!
