Nice place, great location
Perfect Spot/Great Value
My wife and I spent 3 nights at this condo for a recent trip to Vail. We loved the location. Just a short walk to the lift. There are several great restaurants and shops within steps of the condo. The condo itself was very comfortable, clean, and we loved the fireplace. We would definitely stay here again! Management was very welcoming and helpful. Excellent value!
Thank you for choosing iTrip, it was a pleasure working with you! We appreciate your review and sharing your experience, we are excited you enjoyed the condo and its convenient location. We hope to welcome you again!
VAIL CORE CONDO STAY
GREAT PLACE , LOOKED JUST LIKE THE PICTURES .STEPS AWAY FROM EVERYTHING !! NICELY EQUIPPED AND VERY CENTRAL!!
We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay at Vail Core, thank you for your review!
I have never written a review for anything, but I...
I have never written a review for anything, but I need to alert future customers of Core #4 about a few issues. It is a nice property once youre in the unit (the kitchen has every pot, pan, dish youll ever need) but this is what we encountered:- WiFi did not work with one of our laptops, and the IT technician never showed up.- TV did not connect to WiFi on two of our four nights. The property management company never bothered to respond to my request to fix it.- There is a label on the dishwasher handle, Please do not pull on this bar which we thought was odd. After we started the dishwasher and tried to add a glass, it stopped washing and became locked shut. Which explained the label. We never did get it open again. I found a container with detergent pods and dishsoap buried underneath stuff under the sink on the day we left. We used hand soap from under the bathroom sink to wash everything. - No salt & pepper there are pretty shakers on the great Pottery Barn table, but theyre empty. Kris told me to buy some because the owner does not want to provide spices. (Ive stayed at a lot of rental homes over many years Ive never had this happen, have you?!)- Do not plan to take a hot shower after 9am. After that time the water is barely lukewarm.- I wish I had read the description better regarding the unloading zone and steep stairway. It was not fun hauling our luggage, coolers, etc. bumping across the brick sidewalk, up the narrow stairs, then down a very odd, very narrow & long 1970 era hallway then back again when it was time to leave. I was glad we did not have ski or bike gear!- The incense smelled like that new smoky cedar tobacco scent. Not a scent I care for but it was very pungent when entering the condo at the end of the day. This is what was nice about Core #4:- Decorated very nicely.- Mattresses were comfortable (even the Murphy bed).- It was clean! - Fans were available to keep it cool. - Convenient to Vail Village and the amphitheater. This is what would be helpful for the property manager to inform clients:- Explain that we should look for Engel & Vlkers realtors and park in front of their window. It is easier to spot than the Austria Haus signage. - Explain that accessing the unloading spot means we have to drive across the pedestrian zone. - Suggest that customers park in the P2 level of the parking garage, near the Solaris signs. This is convenient to access to/from the condo more than the P3 section of the garage.Basically, this unit was overpriced by $50 nightly. Even though it is located in the heart of Vail Village the fact that it does not have a patio, showers are lukewarm, nobody can stand upright in the loft, and the management company is unresponsive I suggest looking elsewhere but stay here only as a last resort (no pun intended). I've attached the pic I took of the TV's not connected to the WiFi network. This pic also shows two WiFi networks emitting from the router. The guestbook only provides the WiFi password for the 5GHz but our laptop only saw the non-5GHz option. I first reported the laptop connectivity issue on Friday around 9:30am and when Kris finally called me at 4pm, I could tell that she did not understand what I was talking about and clearly she thought I was a ditz. Which is why I think she ignored my voicemail at 6:30 Saturday evening when I reported the TV was having WiFi connectivity issues. At the end of the day, I do not think I am unreasonable to hope that iTrip will acknowledge that in this instance, its property management services were lacking and will therefore apply a credit to the card used to lease the property.
Perfect spring break stay
Fantastic apartment, great location, Maureen was always diligent and attentive, Thank you!!
We appreciate your review and are pleased you had a wonderful experience!
My wife and I had just an incredible time in Vail for my 40th. The condo's location was absolutely perfect and right in the heart of Vail Village. We honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. The kitchen was great and a quick trip to Safeway on our way to the condo was great and allowed us to have breakfast each morning in the condo and even make dinner one of the evenings. What also made the trip, was the team at iTrip/Vail Vacation Properties. They were more than accommodating to us and really stepped up to help us out when we got in a bind early in our trip. Maureen and her team rocked! HIghly, highly recommended
We are thrilled you had a wonderful 40th birthday in Vail and we were very happy to accommodate you. We appreciate you sharing your experience and are delighted you enjoyed the condo and its amazing location. Thank you for your review and recommendation!
