I don't see anything below for worst property never listed and I would put half of star but that wasn't any option. I would have chosen that one instead. When you get in around 10:30 pm at night you tired just want to get settled for go to bed. The interent dosent work, only 2 cell phone aloud at time, are kidding me. If anything else get connected it kicks you off. Next day, we get up and everything went wrong. Went down stairs, along the wall was down roaches and insects, like are serious. Walk in the kitchen faucet wasn't clean. Then stepped out to the pool and needed to be pressure wash and someone had swept the trash and whatever into corner outside. At this point, I decided to take a walk around and took pictures of everything. In one of the master suites the knob to the hot water was about the fall off, so we moved on down to the second Master suites and spots on the carpet and then find spots on towels .. Are freaking killing me. When we called maintenance number then got redirect to another. My wife at this point is pissed and saying you stop talking the Internet let them now about everything that's wrong in the house. We called all the numbers listed and got a lady regarding the Internet, she said we have too much stuff running for the interent, not mention my wife has Masters in IT, 2 cellphones on the Internet has nothing to do too many things online. Lol. At this point, the lady said we can't do anything until Monday and my wife hang up on her at this point it's between 10:30 -11:45 am and didn't hear from anyone at this point. When you pay little over $2000 for a week. You need to do better regarding your customers. My wife is pissed and reached out several people from which rented the property from and one of the guys are really cool and nice (Matt). But other person that don't care about everything but money. Well so do I, we paid our for good property to stay and got something that was suck. This is fair or not. NEVER have we received anything in past regarding your stay or problems with property. We asked to be moved and he stated, we have had that property for 4 years, well I'm sorry this property is gone downhill or you need find you another cleaning crew and get a better bandwith; it had nothing to do with router. You want your customer to comfortable and right now we are not. My wife is looking for another place to stay. Just a sad case right now.

Owner's Response: As with any guests, our goal is to provide a quality stay. Upon receiving notice of internet issues, we contacted the guests whom stated that the service was sporadic at best. Another team member was contacted that handles the majority of the internet issues who then in turn reached out to the guests regarding the matter. During that call, it was shared by the guests, that the internet service worked but all of their devices couldn't connect. The service provider, Summit was then contacted. Summit stated the service was fully operational, they sent a signal to the modem which was online. Summit offered to set an appointment for the following Monday, which the guests balked at, but as an alternative, they suggested a stronger router for the home. It was arranged to have a higher speed router installed in the home. This was done on Sunday afternoon around 3:30 p.m. We are not internet or IT technicians; we leave that to the experts to direct us what needs done, which is what we have done in this situation. We were told by Summit that there must be extremely large files, along with the mentioned PlayStation gaming and other devices in the home that were slowing it down. The internet provided at this home is part of the HOA package and cannot be individually upgraded by each home however the new router would help. Until yesterday, we have not heard anything about any other issues in this home, only the internet. The quarterly pest control service was just performed on June 27th; we have also sent pest control back to the house today, Sunday, to ensure there were no issues. There were no previous reports of faucet handles, spotted carpets, etc. However, should there have been we would have addressed those as immediately as we attended to the continual internet issue. The home owner was the last guest in the home 3 days prior to this guest’s arrival. Should the home owner have experienced any of these issues, they would have reported them to us. There have not been any negative guest reviews on this home either. We regret that the guests have encountered any inconveniences; every effort, within our control, has been made to correct the items reported to us. Thank you.

Wonderful Stay

Our multi-generational family stayed in this lovely home for a week. Everything was as described, but really the photos do not do it justice. I absolutely recommend this property and certainly would stay there again. We were so comfortable with the home's pool and Jacuzzi that we did not use the resort facilities. The drive to the parks was an easy one. The resort was clean and we felt safe in a gated community.
