This location is so peaceful, you will not want to leave! Relax on the porch and enjoy the birds and the rustle of the trees. Hear the clang of the big red buoy at the drop off point. Watch boats cruise by, and gulls circle and dive for food on the water. You may see a bald eagle fly past the bluff, or a parade of early morning turkeys prance across the yard. Build a fire and sit around the fire pit. These are all part of the Moonridge experience.
Great area for touring on your bike. Home is the last house on a quiet country road nestled around orchards.
5 minutes to the village of Suttons Bay which has a great sandy beach. 20 minutes to Traverse City. 20 minutes to Northport. Enjoy local festivals thru the entire summer and fall. Suttons Bay features the Suttons Bay Art Festival, Vintage Boat show, Leland Wine Festival, Traverse City Film Festival and National Cherry Festival.

Open year around. Will consider weekly or short stays during any season. Summer 3 night minimum. Short stays are permitted during prime summer dates, however, deposits will not be charged for reservations totaling less than 7 nights that are booked online until the reservation is confirmed by Visit Up North the next business day. Arrival and/or departure date must back up to existing reservations and/or begin/end on a Saturday or Sunday. Memorial and Labor Day weekends require three nights.
