Beachfront Luxury Situated on the 12th Floor of the Prestigious Ocean Sands Resort
Stay at one of the finest and most up-to-date condominium complexes on the beach. Ocean Sands is the perfect combination of location and amenities, and this condo has been completely renovated throughout. The view from the full length 12th Floor private balcony is absolutely breathtaking.
This is a large two bedroom, two bath condominium furnished with beautiful wood and leather furniture, and features a extremely comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom, with it's own private bath and a large sliding glass door facing the water. You'll wake to the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico, and relax watching the Sunset settle over the horizon each evening. The second bedroom includes a twin size bed and a queen size bed, and is setup perfectly for a family vacation. In case there is a need for extra sleeping arrangements, there is a new Queen size pullout sofa in the living room, with a front row seat to the Gulf views.
The large, beautiful granite topped kitchen includes new appliances, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, kitchenware, coffee maker and a variety of small kitchen appliances. There is a washer and dryer inside the unit, and you'll be fully stocked with all linens and towels.
Nearby activities include sailing, kayaking, biking, shopping, parasailing, jet skiing, boat rentals, shopping, or fine dining. If you're more of a sports fan, catch a game with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightning, Tampa Bay Rays, or one of the many teams that visit the area for Spring Training. Visit world-class museums, exciting concerts, or historic Florida landmarks. There's always something to do.
Our stay at Ocean Sands Tower II - 1207 was amazing. The weather was great and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo was filled with everything you needed and was very clean. The parking was underground. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. We have been dealing with iTrip vacation rentals for the last few years and we are very satisfied with all their help. We will be coming back again next year.
We just returned from a wonderful week at Madiera Beach and the Ocean Sands resort. Weather was great and, since most schools have returned for the fall, there were very few vacationers. This made for no dinner waits and very little traffic.
The condo was perfect for my husband and I as well as our daughter and her friend. The furnishings are very nice and the unit had just been recarpeted before our arrival. The only complaint is the bed in the master bedroom. It is VERY squeaky! We couldn't even turn over without waking each other. You may want to check this out very soon.
Other than the bed all was great!
Beautiful Gulf view! We felt very accommodated and safe during our stay-A nice home away from home, close to shopping and restaurants. The white Sandy beach and pool were perfect for any age. This 12th floor condo was beautifully decorated and equipped with any home or beach need. Great place!
Thoroughly enjoyed this unit-view was spectacular, unit was spotless and well maintained. Location is great as there are food, liquor, pharmacy, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. There is even a dollar store across the street so we were able to buy any kitchen items needed and extra hangars.
Would highly recommend. The only things I would recommend would be a new mattress for the single bed and perhaps a TV for the 2nd bedroom.
Beautiful spacious condo on the gulf. Very nice and updated on the inside. Kitchen is fully equipped with all your basic needs. Large balcony of the gulf on the balcony and great view of the bay out the front door. Very nice clean and heated hot tub. Winn Dixie is just across the street along with a daiquiri shack with great drinks! About mile and half from johns pass Boardwalk. Very easy walk but also just a $5 uber ride if don't want to walk. I would definately visit this condo again!! Great time!!
Great building with magnificent pool area and a neat shuffleboard. Unit is a little dated i.e. furniture (bed uncomfortable) but is on the top floor with great view. Close to many places to eat and drink. (most walkable)
We enjoyed our stay here but will be switching to another unit for next year.
