Make your vacation kingdom this private, super-sunny townhouse which backs to open space and stunning mountain vistas over Blue River! The free shuttle picks up one block from your property to anywhere - the Ice Rink or Peaks 7-9 Base Areas! It’s only a refreshing 500 yard stroll along the bike path and Blue River to Main Street! This is the ideal place to set down your gear and ride directly to the base area with zero parking or gear hassles! The supplied sleds and little sledding hill just off the deck could provide the perfect way to wear out those tykes while you sip a beverage by the fire. This property is next to Kingdom Park playground, and the Breckenridge Rec Center! You have pools, hot tubs, the bike path on the river, a skate park, tennis courts, baseball diamonds, all right outside your door!
This is not your typical townhouse with good light only on both ends, it is on the end of the building, with large windows on 3 sides! It is bathed in natural southern light with a patio that spills out to the open space leading down to Blue River. Combine all this with a large, 3-sided gas fireplace and tasteful, modern décor and you have a cozy, bright respite with the easiest ski hill access!
MAIN LEVEL: Open floor plan, tall ceilings with 3-sided gas fireplace in the center of it all! You have a half bath and 42” Flat Screen HDTV with games underneath and free WiFi!
1. One Master Suite - Queen bed, massive walk-in closet and extra mattress with 19” HDTV with cable. Master Bath: Jetted Tub, warming lights, hairdryer
2. Bedroom 2: 2 twins and 19” HDTV with cable
DINING: Dine-in and save with cupboards stocked with the nonperishable basics that most couldn’t use in one visit – dry groceries like dry spices and coffee starter packs with creamer and sugar. One-dish meals are easy with your crock pot here! And tea is a breeze with your electric tea kettle. If you want your cupboards stocked before your arrival or would like a personal chef, just call or email us, and we'll get it set for your arrival!
No pets or smoking. We can do 2 night stays! Linens and toiletries provided. Tax is 11.675% on lodging, and cleaning fee is approximately $158 per visit.
BUS SERVICE: The gray shuttle stops to your property 4 times an hour to take you to the Snowflake Lift (rarely as a line, unlike Quicksilver!) or the Peak 9 Base area for lessons. If you want Peak 7 or 8 for lessons, your bus takes you to the station in just a couple minutes. You can go directly to Peak 7 and 8 either on the bus, or take the free gondola for Peak 7-8 base areas. The gondola is always free, whether you have a ski pass or not!! Ideal for non-skiers to check out the base areas! Or grab the purple and cruise around the historic district, or go gray to blue to be dropped off at the Ice Arena!

The management staff was friendly and helpful and the unit was excellent. The location was very convenient and the house was extremely clean and well appointed. I would definitely stay there again the next time I visit Breckenridge.
We have stayed at this Kingdom Park condo two years in a row and have found it to be very comfortable. We’ve been very pleased with the size, furnishings and cleanliness. Even though it’s in a group of condos it is very quiet and feels secluded. The large windows give a wonderful view of the mountains
My friends, family, and I visited Breckenridge for the first time in March. We went to celebrate my sister's birthday. The condo was incredibly clean and everything stocked that you could need, including extra blankets (which us FL girls need) The location couldn't have been better. It was very easy to get to downtown and the slopes. Also, check-in and check-out was a breeze. We would definitely stay there again. I thinm the only thing I wish we would have had was a hot tub on property that was easier to access than going the Rec center.
This condo was very comfortable for us. We especially liked being on the end unit with lots of windows, although it was a farther walk from the parking place. The field next door has an easy path leading to the Blue River about a block away, with lots of great public trout fishing access. The kitchen provided everything you would need for meal prep, and the grocery store was just blocks away. The washer and dryer and wi-fi worked great. It was nice to have a half bath on the main floor to avoid always climbing the stairs after a long day of hiking! The managers did a great job of communicating lots of helpful information. The only thing we would ideally want to change would be the queen mattress, which dipped in the center, but we managed to sleep anyway! We liked the Sawmill Trail for hiking and fishing. We also loved driving over Hoosier Pass to the Montgomery Reservoir to hike and fish. We would like to come back someday, and would recommend it to friends.
Great stay, very nice and clean rental, lots of space and very nice place to come back to after a day on the slopes. Close to gondola and town. End unit so very quiet.
Nice, spacious, clean, calm, close to gondola, city market, liquor store. walking distance to main streat.
Felt like home with barbeque, fireplace, washing machine. We´ll be back next year.
