Spacious oceanfront lower unit located right on the sand! This light and bright unit offers 2 car tandem carport parking, an extra large patio, inside stack washer/dryer, dishwasher and shared outdoor shower room! A great location for a quieter vacation on the beach!

General Info:

Parking: 2 car parking - This unit provides 2 car tandem carport parking.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads and pillows are provided!

Linens: Our properties do not come with bed linens or towels however should you not want to bring your own personal linens, we do provide the option to use our linen rental service. The cost is $140 for the length of your stay and includes a set of sheets for each bed, 8 bath towels, 6 hand towels, 6 wash cloths, and 4 beach towels. Please inform us as to whether or not you would like to use this service.

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc to help you begin your vacation however you will need to purchase and pay for additional supplies during your stay.

You may want to bring: Beach chairs/equipment, blender and/or specialty cookware, laundry detergent, briquettes, extra place settings, pens and paper, etc.

Awesome beachfront cozy lovely place

Would love to return to this unit. It was well appointed with 2 full baths. The second bedroom had 2 twins which was perfect for a family of 4. The kids loved playing in the sand which is literally right off the porch. You can watch them playing from the kitchen. The parking pad/carport is a little tight for a minivan but you could probably fit 2 cars tandem. We did have a few problems with the upstairs unit. First of all, they parked in our carport and we had to ask them to move. When these tenants moved out and the next moved in, they parked their huge vehicle in front of their garage in the way so we could not get into the carport. Apparently people think the garage for the upstairs unit is too tight but we observed it to fit large SUVs. Be aware of the parking issues by the other tenants. Also you can hear the upstairs tenants walking around and scraping chairs. I brought my own noise machine for sleeping so it did not bother me too much. This property is on the north end of NB. A little quieter and less touristy. We enjoyed walking to the Spaghetti Bender and Cucina Alessa across the street. Make sure to let them know if you want linens because it doesn’t come with any. Stackable laundry inside the bathroom is convenient. Lovely sliding glass doors with great view. Roku tv with Netflix. Management company is wonderful. They called me back right away on a Sunday to deal with the parking problem with the neighbors. We are very sad to leave this property. It definitely felt like a home away from home.

Excellent Beachfront Property

We had a great stay at this excellent beachfront property. You can see the beach and the ocean from the spacious living room. Open the patio doors, step onto a large patio and you're literally on the beach. Perfect placement ! It was just myself and my wife on this occasion, but there would have been plenty of space for a second couple in the second bedroom. We just loved it and will be coming back some day, as well as recommending it to our friends and family. Property management was highly professional (from initial booking through to check-out) and a few minor problems were dealt with very promptly and in a friendly manner. A big thank you to Joy for making it the perfect stay !
