Perfect ski-in ski-out, right next to the Quicksilver lift and the ski school. Kids (11, 12 and 13) could go there by themselves and return to the house also. The house has a nice open living room, some board games and puzzles and a fire place that all make into a home. One tv didn't work when we were there, and there is not so much lighting in the house, a bit dark. But these are minor things. Breckenridge is great, we didn't have a car, everything is walkable, busses come often and people are helpful and friendly. Lots of dining places. Recommend the Swiss restaurant. Had a great time!
overall the property was great! Arriving was easy and the directions were simple and very helpful. Great set up and I'm interested in reserving for next spring break- same unit.
Cleanliness was just okay. The floors were not done very well, and we found food and cracker crumbs on the kitchen floor and under the bench by the front door. The worse was using the white throw blanket the first night while lounging on the couch, and the next morning seeing gross stuff stuck to the blanket!!
temperture controls and bed comfort was acceptable.
overall I'd give it a 3 1/2 to 4 Star Rating.
The rental was as pictured, clean and plenty of room for 6 adults. the location is slope side and a easy walk to town for shopping or dinner. The manager responded quickly to couple of minor questions. The kitchen was well stocked, but I would recommend a cutting board for the kitchen, I was glad to see there was a crockpot available for use though. The only reason I gave this condo 4 stars instead of 5 was because I feel all of the mattress need to be updated, I think that a condo of this quality should have premium sleeping facilities for the price per night.

Our family of six adults stayed here the week before Christmas to enjoy time together skiing. The location of the condo was ideal to hop on the Quicksilver lift which takes skiers to the beginner runs. It is also easy to walk to the Beaver Run lift which goes to intermediate trails. We all ended up taking a break for lunch in the condo because it was so convenient.
The condo was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we wanted. The kitchen was well stocked making it easy to prepare meals. The hot tub was a selling point for us for this condo and it was well-worth it as we experienced very cold weather for December!
Our only complaint and the reason I gave four stars instead of five is that the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The people that slept in the queen and king beds all had trouble sleeping due to the mattresses.
Overall, a great condo in an excellent location!
Our rental was everything Leon and Sandy said it was. Plenty of space for our family, me, my husband our 2 adult children. Quality of the rental was just what we were looking for, there really was nothing more we could have asked for, except more time to enjoy our stay. Location was perfect for the slopes and walking into town. The manager and owner were fantastic, responded enthusiastically to anything we asked for. I would highly recommend this rental without reservation.
