Beautiful newly remodeled upper unit within the first block to beach the location is ideal for walking or bike riding along the boardwalk to the amazing beach-side restaurants and shops located around the Newport Beach Pier. Also featuring a large front balcony that creates a picture perfect relaxation destination. Unit includes 2-car shared garage parking, inside washer & dryer, and dishwasher.

General Info:

Parking: 2 car garage parking - This unit provides 2 car tandem parking in a shared garage.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads and pillows are provided!

Linens: Our properties do not come with bed linens or towels however should you not want to bring your own personal linens, we do provide the option to use our linen rental service. The cost is $165 for the length of your stay and includes a set of sheets for each bed, 10 bath towels, 8 hand towels, 8 wash cloths, and 6 beach towels. Please inform us as to whether or not you would like to use this service.

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc to help you begin your vacation however you will need to purchase and pay for additional supplies during your stay.

You may want to bring: Beach chairs/equipment, blender and/or specialty cookware, briquettes, laundry detergent, extra place settings, pens and paper, etc.

We have stayed in several places in Newport for the last 5+ years each summer and this is by far the best one for our family. Villa Rentals is also very easy to deal with. Our only complaint is that we could only stay for 1 week :(. Hope to stay here again.

Beach House

Was nice and close to the beach. All was great and had a wonderful time. Lots of room for the seven of us and loved being able to walk to the beach in a matter of seconds.

Great value for the money, spacey, clean and superb location

There isn´t much to say about this property. The location is superb, just a few steps off the beach and in walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and shops that are in the pier area.

The house is clean and spacious enough for 6 people, the interior altogether in good condition. Haven´t used the washing machine and dryer, so can´t tell about these.

The garage is big enough for 3 or 4 cars, so it is no problem at all to park your car there, even if both apartments are occupied.

The booking procedure, keys hand-over etc. with villarentals worked perfectly. Super friendly staff!

So, why only 4 instead of 5 stars? The reason is the queen size bed in the second bedroom. The mattress is pretty worn and the whole thing squeaks and creaks terribly on any movement. I hope they will change this soon, because then it´s an all-over 5 stars property!
