**SUMMER SEASON: Starts Memorial Day Weekend (late May) and ends Labor Day Week (early Sept.) - 1 WEEK MINIMUM (Sat. to Sat. only)**

Newly remodeled lower unit located within the first block to the beach. Unit features large patio that is perfect for relaxing as well as roof-top deck that has ocean views ideal for a watching a sunset. A short walk to the Newport Beach pier and its many restaurants and shopping. Includes 2 car garage parking, inside stack washer-dryer, and dishwasher. This unit has AC but only in the master bedroom.

General Info:

Parking: 2 car parking - This unit provides 2 car tandem shared garage parking.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads and pillows are provided!

Linens: Our properties do not come with bed linens or towels however should you not want to bring your own personal linens, we do provide the option to use our linen rental service. The cost is $165 for the length of your stay and includes a set of sheets for each bed, 10 bath towels, 8 hand towels, 8 wash cloths, and 4 beach towels. Please inform us as to whether or not you would like to use this service.

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc to help you begin your vacation however you will need to purchase and pay for additional supplies during your stay.

You may want to bring: Beach chairs/equipment, blender and/or specialty cookware, briquettes, laundry detergent, extra place settings, pens and paper, etc.

Did Exactly What We Needed

We booked this house from November 23rd to December 6th, and this did exactly what we needed for our trip. The house was actually stocked with a lot more things than expected, such as silverware, plates, and plenty of towels and sheets to change. Three bedrooms, one bedroom had a King bed, one bedroom had a queen bed, and one bedroom had a bunk bed. I suspect the couch in the living room also pulled out into a bed. The neighbors did not give any trouble at all, and would hopefully say the same about us. This was steps away from the beach, and all of the bars that are on the pier, which was great as there was no driving involved. We had enough room in the house for everyone, and had business meetings in the house during the week, and everyone fit comfortably. Overall, this did exactly what we needed and went above and beyond in terms of the extras provided inside the house to accommodate all of our needs.

We LOVED the unit! Such a great street conveniently located to the beach, surfing, restaurants and pier. The tandem parking was perfect for one car and all the bikes and beach equipment (EZ Up, chairs, umbrellas). A perfectly stocked kitchen with every amenity possible! We were blessed with wonderful families above us and next to us... Shannon was a doll!!

We had two problems during our stay that were quickly resolved by your staff: a cracked toilet seat and a flood throughout the entire downstairs! The maintenance worker arrived promptly to repair the toilet seat while we were out at the beach! Like magic!! Jeanette arrived quickly to assist us in the mop up efforts of the flood! She efficiently replaced our saturated beach towels with Villa Rental beach towels. The only negative was all our shower towels being kept for 24 hours. We never received replacement shower towels until the next day! This presented a challenge that evening! We left 2 messages that evening, and received a call the next morning and had the towels replaced. (We could've called the cell number but didn't want to bother after hours... Our bad!) The washing machine repairman, John, was a kind, trustworthy and a very efficient vendor.

We were quite impressed (shy of the towel issue) with the efficiency of your company! We have already had several opportunities with our Yorba Linda friends to praise and encourage future rentals with your company!

Thank you for all you did to provide us such a wonderful week!!! Next year we would like to stay 2 weeks!! And, we have friends that are going to request at the same time!! Such a fabulous vacation!!! Thank you for your kindness!
