Gorgeous upper rear unit just 3 houses from the sand. This is perfectly located for fun in the sun with plenty of accommodations to make your stay in Newport Beach easy and relaxing. There are two parking spaces with non coin-operated washer dryer in the garage, two balconies of which one with ocean views, dishwasher and fireplace.

General Info:

Parking: 2 car parking - This unit provides 2 car parking (1 in garage & 1 in carport behind)

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads and pillows are provided!

Linens: Our properties do not come with bed linens or towels however should you not want to bring your own personal linens, we do provide the option to use our linen rental service. The cost is $165 for the length of your stay and includes a set of sheets for each bed, 10 bath towels, 8 hand towels, 8 wash cloths, and 4 beach towels. Please inform us as to whether or not you would like to use this service.

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc to help you begin your vacation however you will need to purchase and pay for additional supplies during your stay.

You may want to bring: Beach chairs/equipment, blender and/or specialty cookware, laundry detergent, extra place settings, pens and paper, etc.

Location is great!

It took us 41 seconds from front door to the sand. ( my niece counted). There are 2 parking spaces which is rare for Newport Beach. The house has been upgraded with granite countertops and travertine flooring. Bathrooms are upgraded. Downstairs beds were comfortable, upstairs...not so much. It is however the coolest room in the house. The house is located in an alley so airflow is a problem. Ceiling fans would be a great addition. Pillows were horrible!! We made a Target run and bought new ones. For what we paid we expected more. The kitchen had the basics. I actually cook while I'm at the beach and a baking or casserole dish and more cooking utensils would have been nice. You can't beat the house for location to the beach. The washer and dryer was a plus. Overall we had a great time. We love Newport Beach. Would we stay again? Probably not. Nice enough but we didn't realize how much we would miss a patio area to hang out on. The 3rd floor balcony isn't large enough for more than 3 people to enjoy.
