Beautiful lower unit steps away from the sand and the fantastic Newport Beach boardwalk. The convenient front patio offers sea and sand view ideal for a summer BBQ. House includes one car parking, shared laundry, and dishwasher.

General Info:

Parking: 1 car parking - This unit provides 1 parking spot in shared garage.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc to help you begin your vacation however you will need to purchase and pay for additional supplies during your stay.

You may want to bring: Beach chairs/equipment, blender and/or specialty cookware, briquettes, laundry detergent, extra place settings, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.

Roomie house & great location!

House has a great location it is 1 house from the boardwalk easy access for walking or bike riding. Large front porch for socializing. The house does need upgrades, such as, carpet & linoleum to be replaced with tile, sand is not easy to get up on carpet. We had a major problem with flies, we believe the flies are coming from the neighbors trash cans across the alley. Front door could use a screen door to keep the flies out! I would definitely stay here again!

Great location & plenty of room!

Loved the house but upgrades are definitely needed, linoleum & carpet needs to be removed & replaced with tile, had a horrible fly problem it needs a screen door to keep the flies out. Please don't get me wrong, we loved the house but the fly problem became very annoying. I believe the flies are coming from the neighbors(from the alley)trash cans. Great front porch!

Home away from Home!

The property was wonderful! Well maintained, clean & offered your basic amenities & the staff is so friendly! The location is perfect! It's not oceanfront so you don't get a lot of traffic & passers by which still keeps it private but it's still steps away from the sand & within walking distance of restaurants, shops & the pier. My family & I have rented this unit for several years now & will continue to do so next year & for more years to come. It's so nice to vacation somewhere that really does feel like a home away from home. Thank you Villa! :)

Rental is in good condition; Relatively clean but does need some vacuuming after clients leave.

Love the units; location; customer service; Never feel like I am bothering Patrick. He is a great listener and solver. Would love a few more cooking utensils but did survive. Again, would love two couches instead of the big chairs. They were not comfortable. In all, a great week in a wonderful rental.
