3 bedroom 2 bath home sleeps 8, property as a bonus room with a sofa bed, tv and wet bar, accordian style door for privacy.
Enjoy this beautiful mountain getaway, just a block from Lake Tahoe. This well-appointed, recently remodeled two-story condo includes a master bedroom with king bed, two bedrooms with one queen each, and a bonus room with sofabed. The large, open, sunny living room is a great place to kick back and relax. A reading nook and a separate office space (the unit is equipped with free Wi-Fi) are also available for those who want a quiet place to read or work. The knotty pine interior offers the true Tahoe feeling.
Very short walk to the complex's clubhouse, outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), jacuzzi and sauna.
Conveniently located near the lake, Diamond Peak Ski Resort, Incline Village Championship and Mountain golf courses and Incline Village Recreation Center and Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino (10-minute walk), as well as to many shops and restaurants.
Note: Unit does not have a landline telephone.
This place comfortably sleeps eight people. We were four adults and four pre teen kids. Neat, clean, fully equipped kitchen, enjoyed the DVDs. Best things for us was it was very close to Diamond Peak. It was great to come back to this comfortable, warm place after we had gotten dog tired every day on slopes. Also, having a gas station, large grocery store close by very convenient too.
Only regret, internet did not work for all five nights we were there. In this day and age plus after paying hefty per night price, you would expect internet as a basic facility. We had to run to nearly by Startbucks for sending emails etc. Hope this problem gets fixed.
our family-6 adults and 1 child- stayed at Forrest Pines condos for a week in July.
The location was great- 2 blocks from Lakeshore pathway so we could walk, run and ride bikes and
half mile from Incline Beach and within walking distance of the Hyatt. We had access to Burnt Cedar Beach/pool as well as Incline Beach. It was nice to also have access to the pool/hot tub at the condo complex, esp for our 4yo granddaughter who loves to swim;however, they did have alot of rules and restrictions. The condo itself was adequate- 2 bedrooms/2 baths - furnishings a bit dated and the queen mattress in one of the bedrooms was very uncomfortable. Parking was adequate for our 3 vehicles. We enjoyed our stay but may look for condo complex that is less restrictive and more updated next stay.
