The condo has a King size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen in the second bedroom, a set of Twins in the third guest bedroom, and a Queen size sofa sleeper to accommodate your guests. This nicely furnished condo is relaxation at its best: living room with its floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the gulf and pass and allows access to a spacious balcony. Amenities include spa like master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, large flat panel HDTV in living room and internet access.

Oceania getting tired

Remains a great property with ideal beach and pool access. However, the condos are starting to breakdown. We had issues with the plumbing, dryer, and the internet all not working during our stay. Maintenance man is fantastic, but should not have to call on him so much!

Also, there is a need to hire more cleaning people to allow for earlier check-in time with Saturday arrivals. A 5PM check-in and a 10AM check-out do not reflect adequate time for the weekly rental expense, as you lose a full day with that schedule.
