I started managing this Property in 2013.

I remember when I had to rent hotel rooms for extended periods of time. I always wondered how great it would be to have a bigger space to enjoy. The thought came to LIFE and now I am apart of OFFERING a better experience to many others.
We OWN and OPERATE 6 different HOME VACAY properties from the west coast to the east coast. We have over 90 FIVE STAR REVIEWS across Homeaway and other HOST Vacation Sites!
The apartment was top notch. Perfect size for the four of us. The neighbceaorhood was fantastic the neighbors very friendly. Specifically our host Russ.
The deli around the corner made great sandwiches and for the rest of our needs, the supermarket across the street was sufficient.
The perfect place if you want to experience New York city, but don't want to stay in the middle of all the hustle.
It's clean and beautiful, the only thing that I'm not very satisfy is that without air conditioning, if you want to stay here during summer, make sure you can deal with the heat. Otherwise I recommend it.
We had SUCH A WONDERFUL TIME during our visit. The place was immaculate, the amenities made things effortless and the apartment was very spacious. Also, the subway was very convenient (just be sure NOT to get off at Utica - my 60-year-old parents who stayed with us regretted that mistake...). We had visitors for dinner the first night - 2 adults 3 children and then additional adults who joined us for the stay for a few nights and the apartment comfortably housed all of us.
We also adored the coffee house around the corner. When I say they have the best coffee I've ever drank it is no exaggeration - and that is coming from a barista who has worked in multiple big cities at a number of cafe's! Its name is Brunswick Cafe and their coffee, avocado toast, croissants, omelets and more are all DIVINE. Perfect place to have nearby when vacationing. Not to mention the owner/servers are friendly, conversational and helpful.
We also wanted to recommend using Fresh Direct if you enjoy preparing meals yourself (I don't work for them, I swear - I just loved the convenience!). Not to mention, kitchen is so nice and well equipped its almost a shame not to use it! It was so easy and given we were visiting NY with our 10-month-old and traveling to Ireland following our stay in NY stocking up on formula/food/diapers was essential prior to leaving. The service is incredibly easy (order an pay for everything online) and groceries are delivered right to your door. They have a variety of prepared family style meals that are super convenient and quite good. If you are staying for more than 1,2 days I would highly recommend it.
Thanks for the wonderful stay. We all would highly recommend your beautiful brownstone and thank you for having us!
My sister and I stayed in this apartment while we visited her daughter who just moved to Brooklyn. It really was perfect for us. It is on the third floor so there are stairs, but motion lights are well placed to illuminate the way. We walked or used mass transit to go everywhere. There was no need for a car, and we never felt unsafe. It took us about 45 minutes to reach Manhattan, but the subway system was easy to manuever. We took the bus to the Botanical gardens. Even though it was December, the gardens were beautiful in a very quiet, winter-like way. We ate at the cafe there and loved that as well. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be that it took a little long for the owners to refund my deposit. It was over the holidays, so maybe that is not the usual for them, because other than that little inconvenience, I loved staying at the apartment and would not hesitate to stay there again the next time I visit my niece.
This is a very nice third floor apartment in a lovely brownstone. Very large by NY standards. The living room couch is a twin or king size bed. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment from each other. The kitchen is well stocked. The wifi worked great.
We had a couple of small issues, the owner and property manager were quick to respond and very polite.
As out of town tourists who did not want to stay in the insanity that is Manhattan, we loved this location!
A or C subway station is a 5 block walk on well maintained streets. Subway into Manhattan is only about 20 minutes. There is a real grocery store on Garvey only a block away. The 24 hour deli on the corner of Garvey and Decatur was convenient for sandwiches coffee and tea when we got back late or headed out early. Lots of close restaurants.
I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who is looking for a clean complete apartment (not a tiny studio) in Brooklyn or wants to visit the city without having to be in the city.
A friend of mine and I stayed at this Brownstone apartment for 8 nights in August of 2014. It is a really lovely place to stay. The apartment is really nice, quiet, beautifully decorated and I loved the jetted tub. There are wonderful restaurants within a block or two of this address. Seraghina's is a really cool, eclectic place to have fabulous pizza - Sundays are pizza night they say and Peaches is right down the block. There is a pretty large grocery store about a block away too. When you exit the apartment turn left, walk one block to Marcus Garvey and turn left. The laundromat is on the other corner. The smaller corner grocery stores are fun to vist as well. The subway is about two blocks away and Manhatten is easy to access in this manner. We bought the subway card for 7 days and used the subway exclusively. It is about 25 minutes to Times Square. I'll be staying here often. I reallly enjoyed this stay.
