Most people think you have to give up some privacy to stay right on the beach on Marco Island. Congratulations, you’ve just found a rare gem. You’ll enjoy all the comforts of having your own private beach house with all the amenities of the usual condo building without all the hassles.

Ultimate Convenience

This unit is perfectly situated at the end of the building so you don’t see any of the other units in the building from any of the large windows. It really does feel like a stand-alone unit. The closest buildings of the neighboring complex are camouflaged by palms and set back from the beach enhancing the attractiveness of the unit. The pool and beach are just steps from your front door so you don’t have to put up with waiting for the elevator or traipsing through the lobby with all your gear, etc.

Perfect for a Couple and Guest or a Family

The unit can sleep up to seven adults in beds - no uncomfortable pull-out sofas! The master bedroom has a king sized ultra-comfortable bed and a full bath with a tub/shower. The guest bedroom is set up as a sitting room with love seat and chairs but also has a full and twin size comfortable and easy to use Murphy beds. The living area has a full-size sofa, love seat , recliner and a new 50 inch TV with WiFi Blu Ray player. The dining area has a table for seven as well as a queen sized Murphy bed. (There is a pocket door between the kitchen and dining area as well as separate exits from the dining area and kitchen which means the dining area can easily function as a third bedroom.) Each bedroom has a TV. The second bath in the hall has a walk-in shower.

You’ll likely spend much of your time on the large wrap-around veranda which enjoys stunning uninterrupted direct views over the Gulf. There is a table is large enough for six, a side table, glide-swing and a lounge chair for sunbathing. It’s away from the activity of the pool and surrounded by lush landscaping which provides further privacy.

What More Could you Want

You will find everything you need in the unit: fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave and plenty of dishes for entertaining; blow-drier in the bathrooms, beach towels, all linens and a small library of CDs, books and cookbooks for you to borrow.

The unit was recently redecorated in a casual elegance style and is in pristine condition.

The complex has a fantastic pool that gets sunlight throughout the day and since it's one of the smallest building on the beach with one of the largest pools, you won't have a problem finding a chair. The social room was recently redecorated and has a large flat screen TV with plenty of comfortable seating, a library with books, games and puzzles, kitchen and computer. WiFi is available in the unit, social room and lobby. Outside there is a welcoming BBQ area with professional grills. You'll also have access to a reserved, covered parking space near the entrance.

The building has on-site management and a designated covered parking space is available. The property is centrally located for easy access to all the restaurants, bars, shopping, cinema, tennis club, YMCA, theater, and of course the beach!

My family has been coming to Marco for decades so it was an easy decision to purchase here. We've been offering vacation rentals to guests for over 10 years so we know what guests desire and strive continue to exceed their expectations. There's no need to worry about your rental being sold, leaving you to scramble to find alternate accommodations at the last minute.

We prefer the privacy of a single family house, but that's not possible if you want to be on the beach. After looking for some time, the perfect unit became available. It's an end unit facing the Gulf away from the pool so it feels like no one else is around. Despite that you're only steps away from the pool and the beach. Since it's located on the first/ground floor, you don't have to wait for the elevator to go anywhere. The building is one of the smallest on the island yet the pool is huge. As a result the pool and other common areas of the building are not crowded.

Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful condo. We, including teenage daughter and friend, had a great time. (And that probably says a lot. As most parents will know, teenagers can be a difficult bunch to please.)



We loved the pool which seemed larger than most others that we've stayed at and the fact that we could walk to restaurants and the little market. The sunsets were magical and we hope to be able to return again for another Spring Break in the future.

Best vacation ever!

After searching the Marco Island listings for weeks, we decided on this rental and we couldn't be happier. We relied on the posted description which is spot-on accurate. We found the rental to be clean and comfortable and immediately felt at home. It has been a perfect place to entertain guests both in the condo and at the pool. We have enjoyed long walks on the beach, fresh seafood and a fun side trip to the nearby Everglades. The sunsets are truly spectacular. We would return in a heartbeat and would certainly recommend this rental to our friends and family. This has been a perfect vacation that we will remember forever.

Great Place!

We had the best time in this comfy, clean condo for the month of May. The location was ideal and the sunsets were indescribable. All the comforts of home, with the closest proximity to the beach that you can find. We especially loved that the condo had internet, and that the patio was not screened in as we think this distracts from the natural beauty. The social room had many books, magazines, a computer, and a small kitchen, as well as a large-screened TV. The grilling area was very convenient and we used it often. We had the convenience of having the pool right outside our door, only steps away, yet very secluded from the other vacationers as there is no foot traffic in front of this condo. The shelling right in front of this condo, can't be beat. We definitely would not hesitate to come back year after year. We highly recommend this property!

Fantastic holiday apartment

We had a great time staying in this apartment for our summer holidays in Marco Island. The apartment was clean and spacious - we had six of us staying here which was easy as there are two large bedrooms (one en suite) as well as a comfortable murphy bed in the living room that sleeps two. The unit is the closest one to the beach and pool area on the ground floor of the condo building which means you can literally walk straight to the pool or beach in less than a minute. The living room is bright and comfy and has stunning views of the beach and a lovely patio facing the water which is great for catching the beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is very well equipped and we tended to mix eating out with eating in at the condo which has everything you need to cook a meal. There is a good-sized table in the living room where the six of us could enjoy meals overlooking the beach. We also made use of the communal BBQ area which was excellent. The pool area outside is very nice - clean and well stocked with loungers. If you do decide to eat out we would definitely recommend NeNe’s Kitchen (especially for breakfast) and Finn's Bistro which are both a five-minute walk away. Other attractions we really enjoyed were the Cool Beans sailboat sunset cruise which took us on a tour around the island where we saw wild dolphins, and also a trip to the everglades (around 20 min drive) - I would recommend Wootens airboat tours and alligator show which was great fun. We also enjoyed renting kayaks at Tigertail beach and paddling in the lagoon. Overall a fantastic apartment and a brilliant holiday.

Lovely beach home!

This apartment was a great find and a true home away from home. The apartment was cosy and equipped with everything you could possibly need from a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans and utensils to books and board games. Everything was spotless and tidy. You’ll also definitely get a good night’s sleep as the beds are very comfortable and the apartment block is generally quiet. Now the best part about staying here is undoubtedly the proximity to the beach, next to which the apartment is set. You are literally right on the beach and the sunsets we’ve enjoyed here are some of the most beautiful we’ve seen. As the large balcony is facing the beach, you don’t even have to move if you’re feeling a bit lazy and you can still have a magnificent view. Other than the beach, the apartment has some great eateries within short walking or driving distance, and we would definitely recommend Finn’s Bistro, which is a 2 minute walk and does amazing fish. Overall, this place has everything you’d look for in a beach apartment and we are definitely looking forward to going back soon!

Marco Island has been attracting guests of all ages for decades. The 3 mile powder white sand beach is the star attraction and you'll have front row seats. Others come for the excellent fishing - deep sea and back water. You can rent all kinds of water craft including sail boats, paddle boats, kayaks, etc. on the beach. If you are a golfer as there are numerous golf courses in the area. If you've not been to the Everglades, try an airboat tour or if you prefer a slower paced view you can go by kayak or just walk around the trails.

Marco has a theater group that performs regularly, a dinner cinema, a wonderful farmer’s market in season, health and tennis clubs and community groups to suit every imaginable interest - bridge, boating, arts, etc.

Of course there are fabulous restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets and many offer live music in the evening. And if you have exhausted all those, Naples is only 20 - 30 minutes away. Naples also has a great zoo.

You'll be spoiled for choice, but more likely than not, you'll be hard pressed to leave the beach and pool!
