We only rent for 30 days or more. Our rate is $1,515.00 per month. Any number of days more than 30 is prorated at $50.50 per night. (There is no room tax of 11% for stays longer than 30 days.) We pay the first $100.00 of the electrical bill and the guest is responsible for the balance. We pay the water, sewer and trash.
Three bedroom 2 bath w/ 3 car garage. RV pad w/ 30 amp, water & dump, lockable gate. Large cemented driveway which is relatively level. Not difficult to back into or out of. Enjoy a propane BBQ. Patios with furniture in front & back. Fully fenced. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a large walk in shower in the master bath. This bath also has 2 sinks. A 50 gallon water heater, water softener, reverse osmosis system & water filter all service the home. One of the other bedrooms has a queen bed and the other a trundle bed which can be 2 twins or a king size bed. The kitchen offers an electric stove/oven plus a microwave which has a convected oven in it for more baking. The dishwasher is a quality Bosch and is very quiet. An ice maker is in the large refrigerator with the ice and water available on the refrigerator door. This home is very nicely decorated. A pleasant place to be. The front patio has a view of the lake and Havasu Landing at night. Newer 2014, 60' flatscreen HDTV in living room. Smaller one in Master Bedroom.
Retired and left the big city in California. Love Arizona and have another home in Montana with a vacation rental on the property too which is also listed in Home Away, #967193. We try to take really good care of our vacation rentals so it is an enjoyable experience for the vacationer.

Close friends encouraged us to buy in Lake Havasu City. I graduated from Arizona State University in 1966 during my time there began to understand the special qualities of Arizona and a desert like community of Lake Havasu City. The lake itself is some of the best boating in the US and especially a lake this size in the southwestern part of the US. There are so many things to do in Havasu or nearby.
We keep our home very clean and nice. There is a big garage that is very well lit. The RV pad will allow for most slide outs to be put out. The driveway is fairly level, which allows for easy maneuvering.
This place was amazing. The owners thought of everything you would need to make this a home away from home. We loved our vacation and plan on visiting again soon! The owners were very pleasant to talk too and very helpful.
The house is absolutely beautiful. It has all of the amenities you could ask for. The owner (Jan) was wonderful and very easy to work with. We are looking forward to staying again. 5-satrs :)

The owners and the property were outstanding. When you walk into this property it feel like a home. Would suggest if you looking for a place in Havasu to stay look no more, Call Jan. Safe neighborhood, well maintained, spotless home with everything you need for 6-8 people.
Very clean! I have never stayed in a place that was as nicely appointed as this one! The owner bent over backwards to be helpful and I would highly recommend the property.
The home is in a quiet neighborhood. There is a view of the lake from the front patio. You can see the lights of the Havasu Landing Resort & Casino across the lake in California at night. A casino shuttle boat will take you there and back. Lake Havasu City has a population of approximately 50,000 therefore you are close to everything. Everyone wants to see the 'London Bridge', which is only 5 miles away and centrally located. There are many nice golf courses. The city adjoins desert lands where you can drive your ATVs & other recreational vehicles. Being on the north end of town we are nearer Walmart, Home Depot, the mall, etc. Summer Guess's are welcome too. Come leave your boat and all your stuff. It will be ready to go when you get here. Paying a full monthly rate will be less than a few days at a time.
