Amelie and Matthieu, We are married and we have 2 children. Passionate about travelling, we both love meeting people with different backgrounds. Amelie is a graphic designer and had a wonderful professional experience (18 months) in NYC. She is from Geneve and lived in Paris for over 20 years. Matthieu was born in Paris where he grew up. He works in a large audit firm in a department specializing in advising companies in difficulty. We will guarantee you the best possible service and will ensure that you will feel welcome and at home in our Parisian flat. Yours faithfully.

We live in this apartment and we LOVE it !! We only rent it during holidays.
The flat is very sunny and calm. It is located in an historical building (17th century) and very charming and comfortable.
The space worked well for our group and infant. Check in was seamless and efficient. Helpful welcome binder provided. Lovely decor and views. Fully stocked kitchen is a bonus. The second bedroom has bunkbeds and a crib. No elevator. The area at night isn't the best but I didn't feel unsafe. We avoided St Denis road. Overall I recommend this property.
My family of five (including children ages 2, 4 & 10) stayed in this flat for a week and it was wonderful. The location is perfect. It is nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, close to the metro with numerous shopping, eateries and entertainment options. The flat is quiet and well-furnished. Amélie was very helpful in giving us the key, a tour of the flat and showing us how to use the appliances. She was prompt, answered all of our questions and was readily available via telephone and email during our stay. She also gave us addresses of grocery stores and restaurants near her flat. We originally planned to stay in Paris for five days but there was a two-day strike at the airport which prolonged our stay. Amélie graciously allowed us to extend our reservation. He really saved the day. We thoroughly enjoyed Paris and this flat. We will definitely be coming back to this wonderful city and will definitely check to see if this flat is available.
This apartment was wonderful. Close to the metro, and two very different bustling neighbourhoods. Close enough to the Louvre etc if you want to walk. Some great grocers, green grocers, cafes, butchers, and more all close by.
All of that being said, something was awkward about staying here. The apartment was fully equipped, yet it was very noticeable that this was someone's full time home, which we found uncomfortable. The bedding was much to heavy for the heat of July. We had a young baby, and found it difficult to let her be a baby in the space because of potential hazards (cords, open window - a necessity in the heat). Also the crib that was out it not appear comfortable (or safe) so babe slept with us.
We stayed there for 7 days with a group of 4 young adults. This is a great area to stay in: nearby metro station, grocery store, and taxi corner. The apartment is located walking distance from the lively Montorgueil neighborhood and the Louvre area. The flat itself is located in a very quiet area although the surrounding neighborhood can be busy. We lived like locals for the week, walking home very late from dinner and drinks. The neighborhood itself feels safe; be aware of St. Denis street...:) For a party of four the apartment itself was wonderful. There is one master bedroom with a king sized comfortable bed-fit for a couple [or at least two people who are comfortable in the same bed]. The second room has two "beds": a single sized bed and a cot. The apartment had plenty of and light and space, a very nice kitchen area and proper accomodations. Its decorated with an artistic flair, and we very felt comfortable. We did not mind lounging around just taking in the amazing views from this place! The owners were adequately in touch, friendly, easy to deal with. We would definitely come back.
My family (of 4) stayed at the apartment for a week. Both Matthieu and Amelie are wonderful individuals were very helpful with information and support. They even suggested places for us to visit which turned out to be highlights of our trip. They also took care to explain working of everything in the apartment and all the tips and tricks to make out stay comfortable.
The apartment is very comfortable with all amenities a family needs and we got a senses of staying at a friend's home. To us the location was perfect with excellent walking distance proximity to Public transport, taxi stands, supermarket, restaurants (Ranging from junk to classic, French to Indian). Going anywhere in Paris was easy.
We truly enjoyed our stay at Paris, and staying at the apartment was on of the big reasons. I definitely look forward to staying there again.
