Bonnet Creek was a beautiful resort that had lots of amenities like slides in the pools, outdoor BBQ grills, activities for the kids and an ice cream social. Would highly recommend this resort to everyone. Also, 5 star resort offered this resort to us at a very reasonable price during a peak season at Disney World.
Our experience was nothing short of textbook perfect. The booking was exactly as described and handled in a very professional manner. I was skeptical at first because a lot, if not all, of these units, are vacation rentals. Our room was exactly as described. Please do not be worried about booking with this property manager.
The resort was clean and the staff was very helpful. The pools on property are all nice and there are a ton of things to do. While we did not spend a great deal of time at the resort, we did visit a couple of the pools and managed to get in a round of miniature golf. Because it's actually on Disney property, everything is close. This particular property is super close to Disney Springs and the Magic Kingdom.
Inside the room, we had plenty of space for our family of 5 and the kitchen included enough items for us to actually cook meals. It also included a washer and dryer which was nice to be able to use because of the duration of our stay. The beds were comfortable and the master bed and bathroom were plenty big enough for 3 of use to get ready in the morning.
I would defiantly stay here again and will be using Michael in the future.
The property was absolutely beautiful... The amenities were awesome. Every trip to Orlando will be spent here from now on.
The resort was absolutely beautiful! The close proximity to Disney world was convenient. The 3 bedroom suite was huge and cozy. We had 4 t.v's, full kitchen, dining room, washer/dryer and 2 bathrooms. I would absolutely stay at this resort again. The only drawback is that when we arrived our room wasn't ready at check in time. We had to wait 45 min to get a room. That was horrible after traveling from Seattle.
This resort is the best I've ever experienced!!! It's clean, the decor is beautiful, and the outside is amazingly beautiful as well and the pools and lazy river we enjoyed every day. My family & I loved it here and didn't want to leave. We loved it so much that we purchased our 1st time share here. BEAUTIFUL RESORT!!!!
The resort itself is excellent. The rooms are spacious, the pools are clean and mostly uncrowded, since there are 5 pools and 2 lazy rivers. The property grounds are well maintained and there are lots of activities going on for people of all ages. We really enjoyed our stay except for one thing: the sales presentation. Now, we know we weren't obligated to listen to a sales presentation. We were offered heavily discounted Universal tickets to attend what we were told was a 1 1/2 hour presentation and tour. We weren't going to buy a timeshare and we were upfront about that. We did the math and decided the discounted tickets were worth the 1 1/2 hours we would spend in the presentation. What happened instead was this: to begin with, the sales people were 20 minutes late picking us up in the lobby to get us to the presentation room. Then, it was another 1/2 or so before the presentation actually started. The presenter was okay, but it was still a 45 minute presentation. So, by then, we were already over 1 1/2 hours, but we still had to take a tour before they'd give us our tickets. The tour took another hour. I made the mistake of saying that we intended to spend the whole day at the pool because then they knew we didn't have to be anywhere at a specific time. I asked to go check on my kids, who were still sleeping when we left, but the sales person had to go with me. I guess she didn't want me to get away.
Anyway, to make a long story short, we were in the presentation for 4 hours. Once they realized we weren't buying anything, the sales person turned cold and said, "I feel sorry for your children." Then, she and the "closer" disappeared for at least a 1/2 hour while we waited for our tickets. Then, some other guy who was in charge of getting us the tickets tried to sell us on a 20 month trial period, even though by then, we were saying we didn't want to hear anything else and to just get us our tickets. It was a miserable experience and it really soured us on the entire stay.
In addition, once they knew we weren't buying a timeshare, the resort's services disappeared. We had a problem with our bed and they kept saying they'd be right up and they never showed up. We ended up fixing the bed ourselves as best we could.
Just be careful if you stay at this place. The resort itself is awesome and it met our needs quite well. However, if you get sucked into the presentation, be sure to tell them you have to leave at a certain time.
The unit was immaculate with everything we needed. Pools and facilities were great just didn't have time to enjoy it all! Located in the heart of all things Disney.
Cancellation Policy: You must notify us no later than 31 days prior to check-in to be eligible for a refund. If you do so, you will receive a full refund minus a $99 cancellation fee.
