This Dobson Ranch condo offers 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and an open loft. Kitchen with granite counters and newer appliances, family room with fireplace and wall mounted TV, and a 1/2 bath are all downstairs. The second floor features a large master bedroom with a comfortable king bed, a second bedroom with a queen, a bathroom and a full size washer and dryer. The third floor boasts an open loft. No neighbors above!

This condo is very clean and in a quiet area. The four of us had no problems with our stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our 10 days. Great place to stay, high recommendation to stay here.
We rented this condo unit for the entire month of February and it was as depicted in the write up and photos. The appliances worked well. It was great for the two of us and we were very comfortable entertaining family and friends for dinner here. It is in a very convenient location and easy to access the major highways. The neighborhood was very quiet and it was a great area to walk in with good sidewalks. Albertsons is close by for food and drug needs and the local Papa Murphy's was friendly and very accomodating. Reveille was wonderful to work with. Should we need a place to stay on another visit to the Tempe/Mesa area, we would be happy if we could rent this unit again.
If you are looking for luxury them this may not be the listing for you but if you are looking for a home away from home then this is the place to be. This condo is located in a clean, friendly complex with two swimming pools and two hot tubs. There is lots of parking within easy walking distance. Inside the condo is well laid out, and the pictures in the ad accurately reflect the spaces. If you are looking for a long term rent there is a ton of closet and drawer space for storage. The kitchen is small but efficient. The dining room table sat up to ten. The beds were quite comfortable. The real bonus is the loft space, which is where our grandchildren slept. This space overlooks the master bedroom, which is where their parents slept. The kids loved having their own clubhouse. Our eldest daughter lives just blocks away, and we stayed in the condo with our middle daughter and her family, so there were seven of us sleeping there, and sometimes more. It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer for all those kid clothes after a hike or trip to the playground. Walking over to our other daughter's we met many very nice people in the condo complex. There is an Albertson's just two blocks away, and a gas station on the corner. Within a couple blocks there are parks and a library. Getting to the airport or almost any location in the Phoenix area is very convenient as this unit is just a block off Baseline, a major east - west road. We went to the zoo, the Desert Botanical Garden, the Riparian Preserve, Usery Mountain, and of course the playground. One unusual restaurant we went to was just a few blocks east on Baseline. Beaver Choice is a very fine Swedish restaurant with excellent food, huge portions and great ambiance. We highly recommend it. As you may have guessed we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this Dobson Ranch condo and would happily return.
Perfect Dobson Ranch location - only 1 mile to US 60 and 1.5 miles to loop 101 for easy access to the airport and all areas of the valley.
