This 4-bedroom for the family vacation rental is dog friendly with prior approval from the homeowner only. Please note: Electricity is charged separately for this home and is deducted from the security deposit if this was retained. If the reservation included a Property Damage Protection Plan in lieu of a security deposit then electricity overage will be charged to the credit card on file. Airbnb or TripAdvisor/FlipKey customers will be charged through the marketplace Resolution Center after departure for overages over $100. The owner offers $25 per week allowance on this home and overage will be calculated after this amount.
This spacious property is centrally located, though in a calm residential area, offers the perfect exposure for max. sun tanning and the magical sunsets.
Boating and fishing is big in Cape Coral and Villa De Nona is just a couple of minutes to the Caloosahatchee River.

We visited the Cape Coral area for a couple of weeks last month and stayed in the Villa De Nona. We were very happy with the home, the property management, the location, and the entire experience in general.
We found the property to be well-maintained and clean. (The carpet in the Master Bedroom is probaly due for replaement, but overall, the home is in very good shape.) The communication with the property management company, the particular property manager responsible for the home, and the accountant doing the billing, was very professional and friendly. We used the pool and hot tub almost everyday during our stay and really enjoyed these amenities. Our deposit was returned promptly with a clear explanation of additional costs we incurred with heating the spa and pool. (We fully expected the additional cost because of our extensive use.)
The location of the property is a quiet neighborhood in a convenient location in Cape Coral.

The home fit the description! We enjoyed days in the pool and evenings in the hot tub and playing pool! Location is near Publix grocery store and the Yacht Club beach for some sun bathing. May return soon if available!
House was great and everything went very well. Only issue for us was the time of year as it rained everyday but that is expected in Florida this time of year (July). Would definitely stay here again but probably a different time of year. Loved the pool and amenities in the home.
Only problem with this house is the AC. Make sure you place all the ceiling fans on high when entering the house. This will allow the house to stay at a stable 82 degree. Luckily durning the warmest part of he day we were able to be in the beautiful pool or on day trips. This house is well stock and well maintained. Great location and wonderful neighborhood. We enjoyed the kayaks. The canal were very quiet and we were able to explore the water. We fished off the dock and caught Snapper and Blue Crabs out of the crap trap. The pool table was a bonus that we have not had in other rental properties. When it rained, we had a built in entertainment. Overall, a great vacation.
The house was very clean and exactly as the photos and this page described. We were also happy to find extra amenities like beach towels, coolers for the beach, and beach chairs. We were two families with 3 teenagers and the pool, kayaks, and pool table kept everyone happy! We ended up driving to 5 different beaches during our stay all within 30 - 45 minutes from the house. So much fun seeing the different beaches, each one unique. I would say the only minor problem, there were no paper products in the house, (paper towel, extra toilet paper). We went and bought a lot more so hopefully the next family was fully stocked! This was a great, relaxing vacation for all of us and we really enjoyed all of the amenities the house had to offer! The property, home, pool and hot tub were very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with plates, eating/serving utensils and cups/glasses. There were plenty of towels, washcloths and even beach towels. There were also blow dryers available. We rented a boat for part of our stay and the dock was easily accessible. We were pleased with our electric bill as well!!! We were a little disappointed with the shopping in Cape Coral, but Fort Meyers was very close! This was the first time we have rented a home and we loved the convenience of cooking/grilling in home as well as the pool table and pool/hot tub for the kids. We would not be adverse to renting this home again!
