This Villa is located in a beautiful neighborhood in downtown Cape Coral. Close to all the restaurants, Cape Coral Yacht Club and beach. This very spacious corner lot (18417 sq feet) is located right on the canal for your easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and the beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel. The spacious lot gives you beautiful views over the canal as well as the much appreciated privacy during your vacation. The lanai area has perfect south exposure so you really can enjoy the lovely over sized pool. The pool is heated with solar panels. The area has a lot of space for both sun bathing and play as well as a spacious dinner area and BBQ grill.

The Villa offers 1841 sq ft with A/C, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate TV room and living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom as well as the second bedroom both have King size beds. The third and fourth bedrooms both have two twin beds in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a TV.

The villa offers WiFi so you can use your own computer, pad or smartphone.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dish washer and ice-maker, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a gas BBQ-grill.

The pool area is very spacious and has a over sized pool. This pool has a new cleaning technique which means using a much more gentile type of chlorine. This is much appreciated by guests with allergies as well as families with small children.

Wonderful home and experience

The house was exactly as described. Very quiet neighborhood with easy access to dining and activities. Everything that was needed was there such as linens, towels, beach towels, cooking utensils, dishes and cleaning supplies. It was absolutely beautiful sitting by the pool and being able to look out at the canal behind the home. Management was so sweet. Would recommend to anyone to stay here and we will again. One of the best homes we have stayed at I would give this home a 10+ out of 10.

Not what we paid for...

Stayed at Casa Maria Feb 1 to 28, 2018.

Should have know we were not getting what we paid for from the first day.. Pool was dirty, kitchen was dirty. Pots and pans were awful .. (did get new set of pots and pans.) No broom or mop to use, vacuum was full and filter was clogged had to clean and wash out filter. New sheets were on the kitchen counter ready for us to put on beds!! Small bath towels were also on kitchen counter.. Pool temperature was 59 degrees.. pump was not working for the first 17 days we were there no solar cover to put over pool as directed in booklet on Kitchen counter from management company.. we did find 2 pieces of a solar cover in garage but later found out that was not for the pool.. did finally get solar cover for pool on the 16th day and pool pump was finally replaced on the 17th day.. Could not use pool, way to cold to swim.. Rented this place because of the private pool.. can say for our remainder of our stay once the pool pump was replaced it was able to circulate the water to the solar on the roof of the house and the temperature was good.. and was able to swim 2 to 3 times a day..although the salt filter still didn't work so they needed to use chemicals to regulate the pool..

In one day we had electrician come at 8 am (to find out why breaker was tripping), handyman at noon (to change lock/dead bolt on the front door) and pool company at 3 (to look at pool pump)..

Filter for central Air was clogged and had to be replaced.. dryer didn't dry clothes very well had to use twice the time to get them dry.. also there was lint and clothing behind dryer that had to be removed.

Very disappointed in the management company that we had to deal with.. first person quit and we were never told that he left or who we would need to contact until I sent a text about something we needed taken care of..

We did get our damage deposit returned in full and was not charged for the electric..but for what we lost in the first 17 days that doesn't come close to what we should have gotten back.. Would not rent this place again.. or deal with any property that this management company handles.. Did ask for more of a refund but have not heard back from the management company at this time.
