Our 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, sleeps 6 condo, is located directly on the Big Thompson River in the town of Estes Park, less than a mile from main tourist shopping and about 2 miles from the south entrance of the Rocky Mountain National Park. Our designer-decorated condo has a gas log fireplace in the living-dining room (dining table for 6, high chair provided) and mountain views through the two-story tall windows. The master king bed suite with bath is on the main living floor. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms (1 queen, 1 with twin beds, and a standard size baby crib), small TV room, large bathroom and two large walk-in closets. Our fully-equipped kitchen has granite counter-tops, full-sized appliances, and a serving bar with 2 barstools. Our utility room has a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Facing the river we have a deck with a large gas grill. Our quiet neighborhood in Park River West is ideal for walking, fishing, or picnics and bird watching by the river. We have off-street parking for 4 vehicles (2-car garage + 2 spaces in front of the garage).
We enjoy the laid-back atmosphere of the town of Estes Park and surrounding area. The town offers most of the essential services such as good restaurants and retail stores. The Fun City amusement park about a half mile down the road is popular with kids. We learned to fly fish here and catch rainbow trout even though we aren't experts. We love to take day trips into the Rocky Mountain National Park for fishing, hiking and sightseeing. The mountain views in our neighborhood are truly spectacular.

Our condo is located in a duplex building and is quiet and private. You don't have neighbors above or below you. The deck of our condo faces the river making this an exclusive location in our neighborhood of Park River West.
Very nice place to stay. Had all the comforts of home. Located close to shopping, restaurants and hiking. We will definable stay here again.
We really loved how cute and cozy this home was. Really enjoyed having the river and trail in the backyard. 5 elk camped out back for a day and the kids went nuts!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!! It was perfect for our spring break vacation!!
Large enough to get a little separation from teenage daughters but small enough to enjoy each other's company for a family meal or game night. Perfectly tucked into some trees, close enough to hear Big Thompson River, BUT close to shopping, restaurants AND Rocky Mountain National Park. I can't wait to go back.
The location was very convenient to Estes Park and the property is very clean, modern and quiet. Very nice.
Our family of four had an amazing time at this condo. It was such a nice retreat to make memories together. We found the condo to be even better than pictured, was very clean, and was well-equipped with all that we needed for our stay. One amazing highlight was to come home to a huge elk in the front yard and beautiful birds chirping by the river. We would definitely love to come back when we are in the area again!
Great condo! Had deer in backyard, elk in the front yard and a trout from backyard stream for lunch. Best equipped kitchen we've had. Bed comfortable but needed the stepstool to climb into it. Condo was clean, attractive and close to restaurants, shops and the PARK. Would recommend this condo for young & old.

The town of Estes Park is located in a beautiful broad valley with two rivers flowing through it and surrounded by scenic mountains. It is on the front range of the Rockies and an easy drive or shuttle from the Denver airport with no mountain passes to cross. The valley was settled in the 1800s and has many historic landmarks, such as the grand Stanley Hotel founded by the inventor of the Stanley Steamer automobile.
