This ski-in ski-out condo has a prime location at the base of Chair 14 at Beaver Creek Resort. Beaver Creek Village is a 7 minute walk from the front door or a 2 minute complimentary shuttle ride.

Not only can guests walk to all the restaurants and activities Beaver Creek Village but they will be delighted by the excellent on-site amenities at The Charter. Enjoy three outdoor saltwater hot tubs, an outdoor saltwater lap pool, and an indoor saltwater lap pool and hot tubs. There is also a game room with pool and ping pong tables, fitness center, steam room, dry sauna, two on-site restaurants and ski equipment rentals in the winter.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom while the second bedroom has two queen beds. The living room sofa is a sleeper, great for additional guests.
