No shoes, no shirt, no problem! “Las Ventanas at Red Snapper” is a duplex consisting of 2 units for a total of 5 bedrooms/3 full bathrooms. It is located less than a block from the serene and gorgeous sandy beaches of the Gulf. We welcome you to indulge in this tastefully decorated unit with modern interiors boasting a large private balcony area great for having meals or just taking a break. Each unit has all the amenities you would expect from your home away from home are offered, including stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, cookware, free Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer. Need a little entertainment? In our spacious living area you can sit back and enjoy satellite TV and a DVD player.

Take a dip in the large private swimming pool located in the enclosed backyard.

After a day of fun in the sun, the upstairs unit comfortably sleeps 8 adults and the downstairs units sleeps 6 for a total of 14 persons. The upstairs master bedroom has a King size bed with a large closet, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a dedicated closet space. The third bedroom is adjacent to the 2nd bedroom and has twin bunk beds perfect little ones. The 3rd bedroom also has a closet space. We also provide queen size inflatable mattress to accommodate extra guest.

The downstairs master bedroom has a queen size bed with closet. The second bedroom has a full/twin size bed with closet space. There is one large bathroom with access from the master bedroom and hallway. We also provide queen size inflatable mattress to accommodate extra guest.

If you’d like to take a break from cooking or just want a fun hang-out, there are several local pubs and eateries within walking distance including Boomerang Billy's Beach Bar and Grill and Amberjacks.

For your convenience, the Blue Marlin grocery store is just around the corner and is well stocked for your grocery and any other provisional needs. Getting around is easy with “The Wave”, SPI’s free shuttle service.

We kindly request no pets and absolutely no smoking in the units.

Our family is from the Valley so it was only natural for us to purchase a place of our own in South Padre Island.

Las Ventanas is our home away from home. My family enjoys coming to the Island to relax and have a good time. When we can't make it to the Duplex, we love renting it out to people who also want to enjoy all that South Padre Island has to offer.

What makes this house unique

The South Padre Island is a great place to enjoy the brown sugar beaches and beautiful turquoise water. Our place has the amenities and seclusion for a great vacation. Its also fun to enjoy the many activities in near by Brownsville and Harlingen.

Wonderful and relaxing! !

The house was overall clean and beautiful. The location was absolutely spot on. Just a short walk to 2 different beach access. Market next doors. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation.

The pool was dirty most of our week. The bbq area was a mess. The people before us left both trash containers over filled with trash which we had to pull to curb .

Best Spring Break EVER!!!

This place was perfect for everyone. Close to the beach close to the store. No one had to drive anywhere. Our other friends had a condo down the street and we could meet with them at the beach. They agreed our place was fantastic. Other people compared prices and we still have everyone beat. We already want to go back next year. Use beach access #7 it's way better even with the slightly farther walk. Stay here and plan on relaxing and having loads of fun.

A great place to stay!

We rented this duplex for our first time on the island and wasn't too sure what we were in for. Turns out we made a great decision! Two families went on this trip and the duplex provided a perfect way to be together but also have some down time. The beach was a short walk and that grocery store next door was really convenient. You'll not regret your stay here! If I had a complaint it would be that there was no sink stopper or wash cloths for dishes upstairs that we found but we dealt just fine!

Awesome family getaway!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! We went to SPI for an extended weekend and had a blast! The home was very well maintained, the pool was great, and everything was as described (pictures). Luis was absolutely great to work with. All my questions were answered quickly and he was very accommodating. The grocery store right next door was very convenient. We will definitely visit again!

One of the best

This has to be one of the best places I have stayed. Walking distance from beach and bars. Pool outside was awesome. Only problem ran into was how hot one of the back rooms got. I would recommend bringing a fan. Great place though!

We enjoyed our stay..

We had a great vacation. The property is well maintained. The only issue was the upstairs ac unit doesn't cool as well as the lower ac unit, it was always warmer upstairs, one night was too warm for the baby to sleep. We brought the issue to Luis and the issue was addressed right away. I would recommend this place to others, it was perfect for our family of 11.
